The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gunn moves in looking to clinch but Smith pushes him off.
Smith wants to clinch up but Gunn keeps it at a distance.
Gunn slips a jab and a cross from Smith.
Smith circles away from the clinch attempt

and Smith counters with a shoot takedown. Gunn fights it but they end up in guard.

Smith gets to his feet - Gunn follows without any prompting.

Smith has managed to clinch.
Smith tries to break the clinch but Gunn is controlling the position.
Smith wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Smith is pressed up against the cage. Gunn has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Smith down to the mat. Smith avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Smith throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Gunn.

and Smith counters with a left and a right that stings Gunn.

Smith throws a nice looking combination but Gunn bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Gunn is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Smith defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Zmija changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Greco tries to avoid it but Zmija manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Greco to the ground. Greco escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Zmija shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Greco pinned against the cage. Greco gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
