Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jayson Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Azad Naja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson comes to the cage accompanied by Famous-Puddle of Mud. Jayson Jackson had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.4lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Azad Naja told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Naja is looking wobbly and Jackson recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Naja to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Jackson jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nightmare closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Nightmare manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Lulangos really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nightmare. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Nightmare uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Nightmare bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Nightmare decides to stand back up. Lulangos tries to keep at a distance but Nightmare has taken the fight into the clinch. Lulangos has had enough of the clinch but Nightmare keeps him there for the moment. Nightmare pulls guard effortlessly. Lulangos wants to get up but he can't break Nightmare's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Nightmare not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Nightmare is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Lulangos is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Lulangos tries to stand but Nightmare is controlling from the bottom. Nightmare tries to strike from the bottom.
Nightmare tries to land a sweep but no joy. Nightmare has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Nightmare uses the cage to get back to his feet.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Batilla has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Batilla is rocked! Njoukuaku dances in with a quick combination. Batilla is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Njoukuaku snaps Batilla's head back. Batilla stumbles backwards against the cage. Njoukuaku steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Batilla's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Batilla just didn't come prepared.

And that's the end of the fight! Vic Romano showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Romano, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by Radu . Radu scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Guilherme to see if he's OK. Guilherme is looking to reverse the position. Radu is working to tighten is grip on Guilherme's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Guilherme has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Radu is really squeezing tight and eventually Guilherme passes out! Radu breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Doomsday shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Heller tries to hold on but Doomsday pushes him away. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Heller working to try and regain half guard.
Doomsday is working for a guillotine from mount but Heller frees his head quite easily.
Doomsday looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Heller tries to hold on but Doomsday postures up. Heller is looking to improve his position but Doomsday isn't that keen on the idea. Doomsday landing shots from mount. Doomsday looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

Heller rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Doomsday moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Doomsday chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Heller can pounce on him.

and Heller counters by moving into the clinch. Doomsday tries to break the clinch but Heller is controlling the position. Doomsday wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Doomsday goes for a takedown attempt but Heller pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Doomsday will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Heller moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Heller lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Heller tries to clinch but Doomsday moves out of range. Doomsday is breathing heavily. Heller gets in close and instigates a clinch. Heller lands with a right to the head. Doomsday drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Heller has Doomsday pushed against the cage. Doomsday tries to score a body lock takedown but Heller shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Heller is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Heller manages to kick Doomsday off! Doomsday jumps back into Heller's guard. Doomsday with a nice head shot there. Heller lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Doomsday! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Doomsday tries to reverse the position but Heller maintains control. Doomsday is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Doomsday really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

Doomsday had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Heller is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Doomsday Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Heller's back instead. Heller looking very determined here, making life difficult for Doomsday.

Rockolla is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Kalei has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Kalei is squirming around, avoiding Rockolla's attempts to control the action. Kalei throwing hammer fists to the chest of Rockolla. What's that going to do exactly? Kalei can't escape the position.

Kalei has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Rockolla is really stuck here.

Rockolla will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Kalei misses with a takedown attempt - Rockolla sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Kalei shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Rockolla counters with a nice body shot. Rockolla shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Kalei closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Rockolla slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Rockolla trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.

Kalei sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Rockolla's guard. Rockolla manages to get to full guard.
