1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bobby Hoffman! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Stewart Dunkirk and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pee misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Hoffman lands a two punch combo.
Hoffman pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hoffman lands a slapping body shot.
Hoffman tries to clinch but Pee moves out of range. Hoffman looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Pee drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Hoffman is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Hoffman lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Pee! Hoffman trying to control but he's not successful this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hoffman throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hoffman landing strikes from the mount and Pee is in trouble! Pee wants to control but Hoffman is having none of it. Pee is breathing heavily. Hoffman looking to finish Pee with some ground and pound. This is bad for Pee! Hoffman stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing. Hoffman is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Pee fails with a takedown attempt. Hoffman moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
It looks like Anthony Pee has been cut. Hoffman tries to close the distance and clinch but Pee swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Hoffman throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Hoffman shoots in and bounces Pee off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hoffman stands up from guard. Let's bang! Hoffman has closed the distance and engaged Pee in a clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Pee is trying to trip Hoffman. He has hold of a leg but Hoffman is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Pee persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Hoffman is working an open guard so Pee takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Pee closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hoffman circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anthony Pee. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hoffman darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Pee moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Pee has a closed guard, preventing Hoffman from standing up. Hoffman wants to control from the top but Pee keeps moving. Hoffman thows a big elbow that misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hoffman looking to pass the guard. Hoffman trying to control but Pee is working from the bottom. Hoffman is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Hoffman throws a big right hand that misses.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Pee avoids the body shot from Hoffman.
Hoffman lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Hoffman moves into the clinch successfully.
Pee fails to pull guard.
Hoffman wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Hoffman is trying to break free. Pee cracks Hoffman with a nice body shot. Hoffman jumps guard and drags Pee to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Hoffman trying to keep a closed guard but Pee is proving a slippery customer.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pee won't allow Hoffman to get back to his feet. Hoffman scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Hoffman lands a right hand. Pee keeps control of Hoffman as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Hoffman tries to break the clinch but Pee is controlling the position. Hoffman drops down looking for an ankle pick but Pee pulls his leg out and moves away.
Pee closes the distance and clinches. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Pee fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Pee fails with the takedown and Hoffman counters with a takedown into side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hoffman drops Pee with a left right combo! Hoffman follows him down to the ground into side control.
Pee is rocked! Hoffman working away. Oh Pee is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Hoffman postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Pee is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Hoffman thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Pee to regain full guard. Pee seems to have got his legs back now. Pee is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hoffman is controlling him. Hoffman landing with the ground and pound. Hoffman decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Pee, up you get! Anthony Pee is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Hoffman fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Pee shoots in but no luck this time. Pee fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hoffman sprawls well initially but Pee persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Pee decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. The fight moves into the clinch position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Hoffman fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Pee sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Hoffman fails to land with a series of punches.
Hoffman looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Hoffman lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hoffman doesn't succeed with the takedown and Pee counters with a takedown into side control. Anthony Pee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bobby Hoffman. Hoffman wants to control but Pee postures up. Hoffman throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
Hoffman is trying to improve his position. Pee is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Hoffman knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Hoffman tries to improve position but can't.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Pee tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hoffman swivels and escapes. Hoffman tries to clinch but fails miserably and Hoffman takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Hoffman tries to keep at a distance but Pee has taken the fight into the clinch. Hoffman is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Pee gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Hoffman can't get the takedown.

Pee has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Hoffman uses from the top position. Pee pushes Hoffman against the cage but Hoffman circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Pee darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Pee perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Pee gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Pee has closed the distance and engaged Hoffman in a clinch.

That could spell trouble for Pee! Pee defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Hoffman. Anthony Pee overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Hoffman pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Pee holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Hoffman tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Pee is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Hoffman tries to control but Pee wriggling away. Hoffman looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.

Pee decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Pee connects with a nice short shot to Hoffman's temple. Hoffman is trying to stand.

The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Pee tightens his grip and picks Hoffman up, before dumping him to the ground. Hoffman manages to land in guard. Pee won't allow Hoffman to get back to his feet. Hoffman tries to strike from the bottom.
Hoffman lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Pee! Hoffman working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Pee turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Hoffman off and cradles Pee's limp body as Hoffman celebrates with his corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mcgee tries to bum rush Vasquez with a series of wild strikes but Vasquez uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Vasquez tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mcgee swivels and escapes. Mcgee throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Vasquez on the side of the head. Vasquez drives through with a takedown into guard. Mcgee looking to hit a scissor sweep but Vasquez is one step ahead there. Mcgee keeping moving, preventing Vasquez from controlling successfully. Penn swings around for an armbar but Milvia sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Penn's guard. Penn bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Milvia's guard. Penn stops Milvia from standing up. Penn working some strikes from top position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Penn accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Milvia looking to hit a scissor sweep but Penn is one step ahead there. It looks like Jack Bauer has been cut. Jefferies tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Jefferies missing with a left hand there. Bauer was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. A jab from Jefferies misses. Jefferies shoots in for a double leg but Bauer sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
