These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wido shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with johnson but johnson pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Wido tries to close the distance and clinch but johnson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Tanaka comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Muse - Citizen Erased kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Taka Tanaka told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Graves tries to bum rush Tramp with a series of wild strikes but Tramp uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Gustav Graves seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

It's a brutal combination of punches from Graves! Tramp is backing up but he can't get away as Graves lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Tramp and ends the fight. Great knockout.

Bond thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Ue if he has to take too many more of those.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
