Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Freddie Hans! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Magnus Soderstrom! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, John Roberts and Columbo Gatti.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hans changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Soderstrom tries to avoid it but Hans manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Soderstrom to the ground. Soderstrom escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Soderstrom is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Soderstrom dodges the punch combination from Hans.
Hans lands a left and a right that sends Soderstrom crashing to the canvas! Hans dives into mount looking to finish!
 Soderstrom is rocked! Hans postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Soderstrom looks a forlorn figure.
Soderstrom is still in real trouble! Can Hans finish him?
Hans looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Soderstrom seems to have recovered his senses. Soderstrom blocking the ground and pound. Soderstrom really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Soderstrom gets back to half guard. Hans is thwarting Soderstrom's attempts to control the position. Soderstrom is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Hans is staying active.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Hans wants to lay and pray for a moment but Soderstrom keeps working. Soderstrom is trying to get back to full guard. Hans missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Soderstrom has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Hans is working away from the top position though. Soderstrom avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Hans. Hans thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Soderstrom's head.
 Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Hans scores with a body shot.
Hans throws a chopping leg kick but Soderstrom manages to avoid taking any serious damage. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hans. Hans scores with a nice strike.

Hans throws a nice looking combination but Soderstrom bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Hans connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Soderstrom misses with a straight right. Soderstrom throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Hans takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Hans looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Freddie Hans. That's going to take a lot out of him. A lazy left from Hans finds it's target. Hans takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Magnus Soderstrom is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. This has been an exciting period of action! Soderstrom keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hans.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Leister moves out of range of the leg kick from Dukes. A head kick misses from Dukes. Dukes tries to close the distance and clinch up but Leister swats him away and circles back towards the center. A punch combination from Dukes misses. Dukes wants to clinch up but Leister keeps it at a distance. Dukes throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Dukes misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Leister.
Leister moves forwards but Dukes connects with a nice, crisp jab. Dukes swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Dukes tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Dukes tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Dukes throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Dukes throws a sloppy head kick and Leister moves out of range easily. Leister avoids the head kick by Dukes.

Dukes looks to throw an elbow but misses. Leister takes an elbow to the temple. Dukes looking to throw knees to the head but Leister is blocking nicely.
Dukes could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Leister wants to get back to striking at distance but Dukes won't allow it.
Leister wants the takedown. Dukes is fighting it off but Leister persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Dukes's guard against the cage.

He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Dukes keeping moving, preventing Leister from controlling successfully. Leister not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Leister scoring with some ground and pound.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Leister stops Dukes from standing up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Leister is stalling in the full guard. Leister stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dukes swivels though and keeps the full guard. Leister not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Dukes utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Dukes keeping moving, preventing Leister from controlling successfully. Leister pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dukes is keeping the position for now. Leister looks gassed!
Dukes is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Dukes misses with an elbow strike.

A close round but Brock Leister will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Leister has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Dukes scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Dukes tries a head kick but it misses.
The fight stays on the outside here - Leister looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Frederick J Dukes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dukes misses with a head kick.

A close second round but Brock Leister will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Brock Leister's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Leister is looking to take a break and control but Dukes is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Dukes wants to get back to his feet.
Leister takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Leister controlling the action here. Brock Leister has got the better of the ground game so far.

Dukes pushes Leister off and gets back to his feet. A head kick misses from Dukes. Dukes throws a head kick but Leister moves out of range.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Dukes misses with a looping right. Dukes avoids the head kick by Leister.

and Leister counters with a shoot takedown. Dukes fights it but they end up in guard. Leister has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Dukes is proving hard to escape from. Dukes is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Leister is controlling him. Leister content to stall in guard here.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Leister trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Dukes manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Leister has Dukes pulled in close to control his posture.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Leister working a defensive guard here.
Leister wants to stand and escape but Dukes is having none of it.
And that's the end of the fight! Brock Leister comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Leister winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Baroni shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Miller pinned against the cage. Miller gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Mitch Miller seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Miller bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Miller doesn't manage to clinch there - Baroni circles away.
Baroni throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Baroni tries to land a front kick but Miller steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Miller tries to land a leg kick but Baroni saw it coming and moves away.

Baroni drops back, looking for a kneebar! Miller looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Miller looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Miller! Miller is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Baroni will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Miller really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Baroni. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

That was a close second round but I would say that Refried Baroni will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Both fighters are breathing heavily. Miller dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Baroni. That did some damage! Baroni shoots in for a double leg but Miller sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Miller cracks the inside of Baroni's front leg. Miller lands a nice leg kick that just misses Baroni's sensitive parts. Baroni swats away the attempt to clinch by Miller. Baroni tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Miller connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Miller lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Baroni seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Miller does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Baroni looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Miller is trying to maintain the position but Baroni is very close to passing his half guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Baroni escapes and gets back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Mitch Miller. I think Miller has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

 Koskiaho is rocked! Brown moves in looking to clinch but Koskiaho pushes him off. Oh Koskiaho is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! David Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Brown cracks Koskiaho on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Koskiaho falls backwards against the cage. Brown follows up with more strikes that drop Koskiaho to his knees. Brown keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Koskiaho! This one is all over!
