The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slaughter moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Yerface misses with a combination
and Slaughter counters with a nice uppercut.
Yerface tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Slaughter counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Slaughter closes the distance looking to clinch

Slaughter's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Yerface sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Slaughter isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Yerface stacks Slaughter on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Yerface!
Yerface takes a little break here. Slaughter wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

That was a close second round but I would say that Ima Yerface will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ima Yerface.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Yerface, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
