The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Marko as he jumps to the side.
Marko throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Marko is looking to slow Williams down with leg kicks.
Marko steps into range and cracks Williams with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Williams flops backwards and Marko dives into his guard looking to finish!

Williams is rocked!

It looks like Peter Williams has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Williams is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Williams can't keep his opponent in guard - Marko advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Marko works his way into side control.

Marko has hold of Williams's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Williams tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Marko cranks the arm and Williams screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Williams, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

Barnes throws a series of punches but Richerds avoids them all with ease.
Richerds is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Barnes throws an overhand right that lands on Richerds's shoulder, as Richerds tries to avoid the shot.
Bane Richerds seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice sprawl there from Barnes as Richerds shoots in.
Richerds wants to clinch up but Barnes keeps it at a distance.
Richerds will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Calhoun stuns Cullen with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Cullen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Cullen thows a body shot but no joy.
Calhoun throws a hook but Cullen avoids it easily.
Calhoun rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cullen moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Cullen falls off balance throwing a combination
letting Calhoun counter with a right hand.
A combination from Cullen does no damage.
Calhoun scores with a nice head shot.
Calhoun swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Cullen counters with a left and a right that stings Calhoun.
Cullen fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Calhoun misses the shot to the body.
Calhoun jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Calhoun drops Cullen with a left and a right! Oh, Cullen is hurt - Calhoun dives into side control looking to finish!
