The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nogeira takes one to the side of the head.
Smash avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Nogeira shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Nogeira postures up and lands a big shot to Smash's brow. Nogeira won't allow Smash to get back to his feet. Nogeira working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Nogeira sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Smash's guard. Doh has chosen Hurt - NIN as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Paro Karysian had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Doh gets full guard. Karysian has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Doh to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Karysian is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Doh pulls down on the head and he's put Karysian to sleep! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Koff shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Digre pinned against the cage. Digre gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Koff shoots in and drives through. Digre sprawls well. Digre throws a right and a left that Koff avoids nicely. Digre shoots in but Koff avoids the takedown attempt easily. Digre stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mike Koff. That's going to take a lot out of him. Digre slow jab from Koff misses its intended target. Digre tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Koff paws at him with a jab and circles away. Digre looks to land a combination but Koff avoids it well. Digre stalks Koff and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Koff's face. Koff staggers backwards, shaken.

Koff is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Digre is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Digre has escaped and now he's on top! Digre stopping the sweep attempt from Koff. Koff looking to control.
Digre stands up and waves to Koff to follow him. Horrible takedown by Koff or perhaps it was just good defense by Digre which made him look bad.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Koff walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Digre swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Mike Koff seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Digre closes the distance but Koff moves to the side and Koff counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Digre escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Koff keeps control of Digre as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Digre lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.

Digre stands up and waves to Koff to follow him. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Koff will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Koff misses with a right hand and Digre counters with a straight right hand. Koff shoots in for a takedown but Digre shows good takedown defense. Digre is breathing heavily. Good exchange - Koff coming out on top. Mike Koff is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. This has been an exciting period of action! Nice uppercut lands for Koff. That snapped Digre's head back.

Andersson pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Guevarra taps out and this one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Karlsson fails with a takedown attempt. Franco fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Franco shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Karlsson's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Franco tries to free his leg and advance position but Karlsson is retaining full guard. Franco with a nice head shot there. Karlsson has his foot on Franco's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Franco works his way back into a safe position though. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boomhauer misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Suarez closes the distance and clinches up with Boomhauer, looking for a takedown. Suarez pushes Boomhauer against the cage but Boomhauer circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Ernesto Suarez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Suarez shoots for a takedown but Boomhauer saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Suarez closes this distance looking for a takedown but Boomhauer circles away. Jeff Boomhauer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ernesto Suarez. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Boomhauer throws a right hand that Suarez ducks under and follows up with a left that Suarez also avoids with ease. Boomhauer throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Suarez stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Boomhauer closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boomhauer performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Suarez actively working from the bottom here. Boomhauer decides to return to a standing position. Boomhauer throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Suarez. Suarez tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Boomhauer lands with a thumping leg kick.
Suarez is trying desperately to land a takedown but Boomhauer is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Suarez. Boomhauer drives through and clinches with Suarez against the cage.

Boomhauer cracks Suarez with an open hand slap. Suarez misses with a takedown attempt enabling Boomhauer to counter with a crisp jab. Suarez fails with the takedown and Boomhauer counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Boomhauer connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Suarez gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Boomhauer counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Suarez's guard now. Suarez escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Boomhauer gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Boomhauer gets to his feet - Suarez follows without any prompting. Suarez has his takedown stuffed and Boomhauer counters by moving into the clinch. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Boomhauer tries to pull guard but Suarez won't allow it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Suarez pulls guard effortlessly. Boomhauer stands up and waves to Suarez to follow him. Suarez with a poor takedown and Boomhauer counters with a low kick, right behind Suarez 's knee. Suarez fails with the takedown and Boomhauer cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Suarez with a lazy takedown attempt enabling Boomhauer to counter with a crisp jab. Suarez misses with a takedown and Boomhauer connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Suarez with a lazy takedown attempt and Boomhauer makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Suarez really felt that one! An inside leg kick lands from Boomhauer. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Suarez has his takedown stuffed and Boomhauer counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Boomhauer is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Suarez. Suarez misses with a takedown attempt and Boomhauer counters with a series of strikes. Suarez will be more careful next time no doubt. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Suarez doesn't succeed with the takedown and Boomhauer counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Suarez with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Boomhauer to score with a decent uppercut. Boomhauer scores with a kick to the midsection. Boomhauer lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Suarez fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Boomhauer lands a high kick to the side of Suarez's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Boomhauer dives into guard, looking to finish.
Suarez is rocked! Boomhauer decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Suarez, up you get! Suarez is still on wobbly legs! Can Boomhauer finish him? Boomhauer cracks Suarez with an uppercut from hell and Suarez crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Boomhauer's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Suarez is working an open guard so Boomhauer takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Suarez shoots in but no luck this time. Jeff Boomhauer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ernesto Suarez. It's a brutal combination of punches from Boomhauer! Suarez is backing up but he can't get away as Boomhauer lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Suarez and ends the fight. Great knockout.
