Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scorpion Sting (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kjell Dillonsan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sting comes to the cage accompanied by Boom Boom Pow. Kjell Dillonsan told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sting tries to clinch but Dillonsan moves out of range.

Dillonsan looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Sting!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sting is in a horrible position here. Dillonsan smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Dillonsan loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Sting scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Dillonsan land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Dillonsan stands and salutes the crowd.

Platt looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Turolla escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A punch lands to the side of Platt 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Turolla closes the distance and clinches.

Turolla could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Turolla throws a nice looking combination but Platt bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Turolla looks to land a combination but Platt avoids it well.
Turolla keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Platt takes a shot to the body in his stride.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Platt takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
A head kick by Turolla - that's a beauty! Platt is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Turolla can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
