Smith kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Du Hast- Rammstein. Better is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Hero of War. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silva had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Sparrow is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Silva Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Sparrow's back instead.

Silva is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Sparrow has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Silva has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Sparrow taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Silva doesn't care though - he's delighted!
