Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Sean Silva! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Shelton Lane! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Ackerman and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Some bone on bone action there as Lane checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Silva looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Silva trying to control but Lane is working from the bottom. Silva looking to pass the guard. Silva stopping the sweep attempt from Lane. Silva wants to stand and escape but instead Lane has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lane trying to control the position from guard on top but Silva is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lane stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Silva swivels though and keeps the full guard. Silva is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Lane trying to control the position from guard on top but Silva is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Lane closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Lane has Silva pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Silva manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Silva tries to score a body lock takedown but Lane shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Lane manages to pull guard.
Lane bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Silva's guard. Silva wants to stand up but Lane is controlling him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lane slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Silva keeping moving, preventing Lane from controlling successfully. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Lane working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Silva is looking for a triangle but Lane pushes his legs off easily.
Silva is breathing heavily. Lane sitting in guard, not really doing much.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lane accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Lane wants to control from the top but Silva keeps moving. Lane won't allow Silva to sweep him here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Shelton Lane will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Lane misses with a takedown and Silva counters by clinching up. Lane wants the takedown. Silva is fighting it off but Lane persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Silva's guard against the cage. Lane passes Silva's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Silva is staying active underneath Lane, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Silva is looking to improve his position.
Silva wants to get back to his feet. Lane looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Silva is looking for a sweep. Lane is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lane accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Silva wants to sweep here but Lane controlling him for the moment. Lane must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Silva wants to improve his position but instead Lane has moved into half guard.

Silva slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Lane keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Lane not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Lane works his foot free and advances to mount. Lane is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Silva is surviving well by controlling Lane's body position as best he can. Lane lands a heavy elbow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Shelton Lane showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Lane tries to clinch but Silva moves away so Silva counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Silva is fighting to break Lane's control of his arms but Lane is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Let's hope that Lane has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Lane throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Silva drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Lane dives on top into guard.

Silva pulls Lane in close to prevent any damage. Silva keeping full guard, as Lane tries to pass. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Silva lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Lane! Silva stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Lane darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Silva wants to get back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sean Silva. Well Lane has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sanders shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. The referee warns Moore that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Moore is rocked! Moore keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Oh Moore is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! BOOM! Sanders connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Sanders postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Moore badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Sanders around the waist but Sanders pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Sanders is the winner by TKO! Sanders jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

Parker goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Parker misses with a jab, cross combination.
Parker throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. O Flanigan moves out of range of the body kick. A head kick lands from Parker that sends O Flanigan to the canvas. O Flanigan tries to scramble back to his feet but Parker brings him back down into side control. O Flanigan misses with an elbow from the bottom. O Flanigan tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Parker wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. O Flanigan struggling a bit here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. That was a close round but I would say that Robbie Mederios will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Ziggy Vondopoulos's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

That was a close round but I would say that Mickey Davis will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

I think Zola might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Balls to the Wall. Groenhud comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Sometime Lonely by Kelly Chen kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Zola swings around for an armbar but Groenhud sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Zola's guard. Zola might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Groenhud sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Zola's guard. Zola is looking to improve his position.
Groenhud seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Zola does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Zola won't allow Groenhud to pass to mount. Groenhud prevents Zola from improving his position. Zola makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Zola. Groenhud pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Gianfranco Zola seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Zola dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Groenhud walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Groenhud clobbers Zola with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Groenhud throws a right hand that misses
and Zola counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Zola. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Groenhud is pulling down on Zola's head to control his posture. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Zola accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Groenhud tries to reverse the position but Zola maintains control. Zola jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Groenhud manages to avoid the submission attempt. Zola tries for a kimura but Groenhud is defending well.

Zola has hold of Groenhud's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Groenhud seems comfortable defending it but Zola has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Groenhud is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Groenhud is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Zola couldn't care less - he's delighted!
