1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Stanley Manne! The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Hugh Johnson and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Manne shoots for a double leg takedown but Huilakko sprawls well. He's pushed Manne's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Huilakko shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Manne's guard. Huilakko trying to control but Manne is working from the bottom. Manne keeping full guard, as Huilakko tries to pass. Huilakko is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Huilakko stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Manne swivels though and keeps the full guard. Huilakko drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Huilakko seems to have locked his on tight now - Manne screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Huilakko, as he picks up the win!

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Terry Silva! The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Donatello Bradman and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Diaz shoots in and drives through. Silva sprawls well. Diaz shoots for a takedown but Silva saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Nice straight punches there by Silva. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Silva. Silva scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Diaz showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Silva.
Diaz rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Silva moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Diaz fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nacho Diaz. That's going to take a lot out of him. Diaz is breathing heavily. Silva smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Diaz closes the distance and clinches up with Silva, looking for a takedown. Diaz pushes Silva against the cage but Silva circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Silva lands a slapping body shot.

Nacho Diaz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Diaz scores with a takedown into Silva's guard. Diaz wants to control from the top but Silva keeps moving. Diaz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Silva swivels though and keeps the full guard. Diaz trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Diaz will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Diaz thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Diaz stops Silva from standing up. Diaz drops back looking for a leg! Silva is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Silva manages to kick Diaz off! Diaz jumps back into Silva's guard. Diaz is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Silva throws a right and a left that Diaz avoids nicely. Silva with a hook. Silva lands a nice shot that snaps Diaz's head back.

Diaz is rocked! Silva throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Oh Diaz is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Silva swinging wilding here.
Diaz seems to have got his legs back now. Silva throws a nice looking combination but Diaz bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Silva throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A decent looking cross lands there for Silva. Silva misses with a double jab
and Diaz counters with a one-two to the body. Silva misses with the combination.
Diaz shoots in but Silva avoids the takedown attempt easily. Diaz shoots in but no luck this time. Horrible takedown by Diaz or perhaps it was just good defense by Silva which made him look bad. Diaz uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Silva. Diaz closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Silva wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Silva stuffs the takedown. Silva throws a right and a left that both miss. Diaz gets in close and instigates a clinch. Silva prevents the takedown attempt.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Silva is trying to keep Diaz in close.

Diaz tries to avoid it but Silva manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Diaz to the ground. Diaz escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Silva swats away the attempt to clinch by Diaz. Silva misses with a jab, cross combination.
Silva throws an overhand right that lands on Diaz's shoulder, as Diaz tries to avoid the shot. Diaz takes one on the button. Diaz with a lazy takedown attempt and Silva counters with a left and a right that stings Diaz. A punch combination from Silva misses. Silva swinging wilding here.

Tiger takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Wood looks up at the clock and then as Tiger takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Wood smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Wood scoring with punches to the head and body. Tiger manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Wood fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Wood shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tiger as he avoids it easily. Tiger throws a hook to the side of Wood's head but Wood sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Tiger closes the distance looking to clinch and Wood counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tiger blocking the ground and pound attempt from Wood. Jin Tiger has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Tiger looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Tiger flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
And that's the end of the fight! Sam Wood showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Wood, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch combination from Cake misses. DeLap scores with a three punch combo!

No joy there for DeLap, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Cake shoots in for a takedown but DeLap shows good takedown defense. Cake shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. DeLap throws a shot to the body.
DeLap tries to bum rush Cake with a series of wild strikes but Cake uses good footwork to avoid the assault. DeLap looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Cake is rocked! Cake walks straight into a right hand from DeLap - that's dropped him! DeLap jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Cake from any more punishment! Cake complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

He's managed it. Guzman trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Guzman postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Guzman wants to control from the top but Batra keeps moving. Guzman keeping moving, preventing Batra from controlling successfully. Guzman manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Guzman forces the positional change into back control. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Guzman is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Batra defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Batra thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Batra is fighting to break Guzman's control of his arms but Guzman is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Guzman throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Batra escapes and throws Guzman's legs to the side, diving into side control! Batra wants to lay and pray for a moment but Guzman keeps working. Batra wants to stand but Guzman is controlling his arm. Guzman tries to contro but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad. Guzman is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
