I think Heggland might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to hohoho and a bucket of BEER. Roar Heggland looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hulohot Yokohama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Devin Buckner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yokohama's entrance music is Metallica - All Nightmare Long. A fine choice. Devin Buckner told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Yokohama circles away from the clinch attempt.

Yokohama feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Buckner has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Yokohama is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Buckner.

Rios tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Haroshim smiles and moves away.

Rios tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Haroshim swivels and escapes.
Haroshim throws a leg kick which misses Rios's front leg but catches the back leg as Rios tries to avoid it.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Haroshim! Rios is backing up but he can't get away as Haroshim lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Rios and ends the fight. Great knockout.
