The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No joy there for King, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lulangos throws a right and a left that both miss. King throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lulangos. Lulangos throws a right hand that King ducks under and follows up with a left that King also avoids with ease. King on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
King shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Lulangos wants to stand up but King is controlling him. King trying to control the position from guard on top but Lulangos is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lulangos wants to stand and escape but King is having none of it. Lulangos is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Lulangos might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control King kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. King thows a big elbow that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lulangos keeping moving, preventing King from controlling successfully. King won't allow Lulangos to sweep him here.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Lulangos throws a right hand that King ducks under and follows up with a left that King also avoids with ease. Lulangos lands with a hook. King tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Lulangos digs a good body shot into King's ribs. Lulangos Rushes King and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! King is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Lulangos Piles on the pressure and King crumples to the floor! This one is all over!

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Matheus Oliveira! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Paulo Santos and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nazad shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Nazad was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Nazad has hold of Oliveira's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Oliveira manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
A nice elbow there by Nazad. Nazad misses with a head shot. Nazad misses with a head shot. Nazad postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Oliveira looks a forlorn figure.

Nazad gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks! Nazad connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Oliveira's hands. Oliveira shoots and misses and Nazad counters with a nice double leg into guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Oliveira looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Nazad would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nazad looking to pass the guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Oliveira bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Nazad's guard. Nazad looking to control.
Oliveira advances to half guard. Oliveira is thwarting Nazad's attempts to control the position. Oliveira wants to lay and pray for a moment but Nazad keeps working. Oliveira looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Nazad is trying to maintain the position but Oliveira is very close to passing his half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Nazad missing with punches from the bottom.
Oliveira wants to advance to full mount but Nazad doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead. Oliveira trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Oliveira is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Nazad darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Nazad thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Oliveira looking for subs from the bottom but Nazad mounts him! Oliveira looks gassed! Oliveira working to try and regain half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nazad putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Nazad landing punches. Nazad avoids the attempt from Oliveira to control. Oliveira is in all sorts of trouble here.

Nazad trying to control but he's not successful this time. A nice elbow there by Nazad. Nazad wants to control the pace but Oliveira is squirming around nicely. Nazad sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Nazad is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Oliveira is surviving well by controlling Nazad's body position as best he can. Oliveira bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Oliveira misses with a takedown so Nazad counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Nazad trying to control the position from guard on top but Oliveira is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Nazad drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Nazad jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. NiShagu Nazad overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Nazad works a leg free and moves into half guard. Oliveira makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Oliveira. Oliveira looking to hit a scissor sweep but Nazad is one step ahead there. Oliveira has his foot on Nazad's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Nazad works his way back into a safe position though. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Oliveira keeping full guard, as Nazad tries to pass. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nazad trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Oliveira looking for a triangle here. Nazad is fighting it but it looks tight! Oliveira pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Nazad is tapping out - this one is all over!

DeJesus stops Victor from standing up. DeJesus stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Victor swivels though and keeps the full guard. Victor escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. DeJesus shoots for a takedown but Victor saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. DeJesus displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Victor throws out the jab. Victor fails to land with a series of punches.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Ward fails to land the takedown. Ewert throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ward. Ewert stalks Ward and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Ward's face. Ward staggers backwards, shaken. Ward shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ewert's guard.
