1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Joey Jojo Jr! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Glass and James Atkins.

Jojo Jr closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jojo Jr tries to score with some ground and pound. Early controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. The ground and pound from Jojo Jr seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Early tries to improve position but can't. Jojo Jr working away. Jojo Jr is looking to take a break and control but Early is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Jojo Jr sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Early is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Early takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Early is trying to control Jojo Jr's posture but Jojo Jr avoids it.

Jojo Jr is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Jojo Jr not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Jojo Jr has gone for a leg lock! Early slips out almost immediately though and dives into Jojo Jr's guard. Jojo Jr looking to hit a scissor sweep but Early is one step ahead there. Jojo Jr thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Early controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Early has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Jojo Jr looking to hit a scissor sweep but Early is one step ahead there. Jojo Jr keeping moving, preventing Early from controlling successfully. Early seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Jojo Jr has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Jojo Jr bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Early's guard.

Early misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jojo Jr misses with a takedown attempt - Early sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Jubal Early seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jojo Jr will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Jojo Jr showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Early.
Early lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. A head kick misses from Early. Early scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Jojo Jr takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

That's going to take a lot out of Joey Jojo Jr. Early scores with a one two! Jojo Jr had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Jojo Jr fails with the takedown. Early drops Jojo Jr with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Jojo Jr! Early dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

Washburne tries for a takedown but Zrilic sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Washburne closes the distance and clinches up with Zrilic, looking for a takedown. Washburne pushes Zrilic against the cage but Zrilic circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hoban Washburne. That's going to take a lot out of him. Washburne has a takedown stuffed. Washburne changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Zrilic tries to avoid it but Washburne manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Zrilic to the ground. Zrilic escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Zrilic moves into range and clinches up with Washburne. Zrilic has Washburne pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Washburne manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Zrilic can't break the clinch.

Zrilic is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Washburne pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Zrilic has clasped his hands together around Washburne's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Washburne tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Zrilic wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Zrilic thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Zrilic is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Washburne has escaped the position, nice work there. Zrilic looks gassed! Washburne gets back to half guard. Zrilic trying to pass the guard but Washburne defending well.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Ward looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Ward throws an elbow but Sumrall slips to the side and avoids it well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sumrall is trying to get back to his feet.
Ward is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Sumrall knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Sumrall connects with a good right hand that stumbles Ward. Ward circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Ward slips under a jab. Sumrall will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Ward seems to have recovered his senses. Sumrall is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ward. Sumrall tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Sumrall swats away the attempt to clinch by Ward. Sumrall jabs Ward right on the nose. Ward blinks but takes it well. Sumrall lands a two punch combo.
Sumrall looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Jab, jab by Sumrall - just one landing. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Ward is looking to clinch. Sumrall throws a jab but it's blocked by Ward. Sumrall throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Sumrall misses with a body kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fight stays on the outside here - Ward looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Sumrall misses with a straight left.

Sumrall drops Ward with a beautiful combination! Ward stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Sumrall is looking for the KO! Sumrall circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Ward to the canvas! Ward doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Sumrall keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
