0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, I Hard! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Nakisha Dikoe! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Taro Takaoka and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dikoe tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hard swats him away and circles back towards the center. Dikoe scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. The fight stays on the outside here - Dikoe looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Dikoe fails in his attempt to clinch. Dikoe tries to close the distance and clinch but Hard swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Hard falls off balance throwing a combination
and Dikoe counters with a left and a right that stings Hard. The fight stays on the outside here - Dikoe looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Dikoe gets a clinch. Hard is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Dikoe gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Hard breaks the clinch.

Hard changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dikoe tries to avoid it but Hard manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dikoe to the ground. Dikoe escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Dikoe fails with an attempt to clinch.
Hard looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Hard is breathing heavily. Dikoe tries to clinch up but Hard circles away and keeps his distance. Hard throws a jab but it's blocked by Dikoe. Dikoe thuds his shin into the meat of Hard's side. Dikoe moves in looking to clinch but Hard pushes him off. Hard throws a combination that misses and Dikoe counters with a head kick. Hard takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Hard misses with a hook. Dikoe ducked under it nicely. Dikoe tries to clinch there but Hard circles away.

Hard has had enough of the clinch but Dikoe keeps him there for the moment. Hard turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Hard manages to end up in side control. Hard scoring with punches from side control. Dikoe is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
That's seven minutes gone in the round. Hard landing a few strikes. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Dikoe is working to avoid the ground and pound but Hard connects with a decent elbow. Dikoe pushes Hard away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Hard gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Hard cracks Dikoe with an elbow. That is naaassty. Hard is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Dikoe is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Sloppy strikes there by Hard. Dikoe is pushing Hard's head away, looking to escape. Hard manages to hold on to the position though. Hard trying to control the position but Dikoe is working away. Dikoe sneaks back into half guard.
That's eight minutes gone in the round. Hard prevents Dikoe from improving his position. Hard looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Dikoe with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Hard trying to control from half guard but Dikoe is working away. Dikoe on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Dikoe blocking the ground and pound attempt from Hard. Hard seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Hard wants to take a breather but Dikoe is having none of it. Hard thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Dikoe's head.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Hard looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Dikoe! Hard lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Dikoe hang on? Dikoe keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Hard is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Dikoe can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Dikoe is rocked! Hard loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Dikoe scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Hard land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Hard stands and salutes the crowd.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yeo shoots for a double leg takedown but Ryuu sprawls well. He's pushed Yeo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Axelito Yeo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Yeo misses with a takedown attempt - Ryuu sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Nice sprawl there from Ryuu as Yeo shoots in. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Axelito Yeo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ryuu lands a jab to Yeo's midsection. Yeo is breathing heavily. Yeo fails in his attempt to clinch. Ryuu bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Yeo! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Ryuu passes into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Ryuu in particular looking to stall. Yeo seems to have got his legs back now. Ryuu has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Yeo looking for submissions off his back.

We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Yeo tries to get out of the position. Ryuu controlling his opponent. Ryuu is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Yeo has managed to escape the submission attempt.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mirskovich will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Mirskovich scores with a sloppy right hand. Akutagawa should have avoided that one. Mirskovich shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Mirskovich showed some decent athleticism there. Mirskovich is looking to advance position but Akutagawa won't allow it. Akutagawa actively working from the bottom here. Mirskovich is keen to just control but Akutagawa is a slippery customer. Mirskovich scores with a couple of good hammerfists. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Mirskovich connects with a nice short shot to Akutagawa's temple. Akutagawa is looking for a sweep. Mirskovich is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Akutagawa actively working from the bottom here. Akutagawa is pressing down on Mirskovich's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Akutagawa escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mirskovich gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Akutagawa is looking for a triangle but Mirskovich pushes his legs off easily.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Misaki scores with a nice head shot. Tan on the wrong end of a nice jab. Tan throws a right and a left that Misaki avoids nicely. Misaki cracks Tan with a right hand to the side of the head. Tan throws a right and a left that Misaki avoids nicely. Tan misses with a double jab.

Misaki lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Tan fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Misaki.

Misaki shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Misaki is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Tan defends it well. Misaki working over Tan with some ground and pound. Tan looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Tan tries to roll over but Misaki keeps him under control. Misaki is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Tan! Misaki dominating with strikes here. Misaki looking to secure an arm triangle but Tan defends it well. Misaki jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Tan manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Tan is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Misaki off and has taken his back! Tan is trying to stick to Misaki's back but Misaki is turning into Tan. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Tan's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Misaki. Misaki forces his way into half guard. Misaki seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Tan is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
