 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch combination from Sane misses. Sane misses with a takedown attempt - Tower sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Tower scores a takedown into full mount! Sane might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Sane is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Tower cracks Sane with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Sane could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Sane wants to get back to his feet.
Tower pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kulminator shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Quinn but Quinn pushes him off and we're back to square one. Quinn stuffs the takedown. Shaun Quinn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Quinn throws a head kick but Kulminator moves out of range.
Quinn fails to land with a series of punches.
Kulminator feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Quinn will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Kulminator tries to roll over but Quinn keeps him under control. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Kulminator wants to control the action here but instead Quinn manages to pass to full mount! Kulminator is wriggling around trying to escape.

Gold distracts Santos with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Gold makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Orion Sapporo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Koji Kenjahara! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yuuki Gou.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch combination from Sapporo misses. Sapporo swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kenjahara is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Sapporo.
Kenjahara shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Kenjahara showed some decent athleticism there. Kenjahara frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Kenjahara tries to control but Sapporo wriggling away. Sapporo is looking to improve his position but Kenjahara isn't that keen on the idea.
Kenjahara is working to isolate an arm here. It's a choreographed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Kenjahara extends the arm and Sapporo is forced to tap!

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Misaki Suzuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alan Micheal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Misaki Suzuki had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.2lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Alan Micheal will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight moves into the clinch position. Suzuki is looking for a takedown up against the ropes. Micheal gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Suzuki has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Micheal is trying to keep an underhook but Suzuki manages to get the takedown into half guard. Micheal is looking to escape. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Suzuki throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Suzuki is thwarting Micheal's attempts to control the position.
Micheal looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Micheal is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Suzuki trying to mount his opponent but Micheal defends it. Suzuki seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Suzuki landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Suzuki sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Micheal defending well though. Suzuki thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Ground and pound from Suzuki. Micheal tries to roll over but Suzuki keeps him under control. Suzuki looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Micheal has hold of Suzuki's hands but Suzuki slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Suzuki wants to work for an arm triangle but Micheal is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Suzuki is breathing heavily. Micheal is pressing down on Suzuki's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Micheal looking to hit a scissor sweep but Suzuki is one step ahead there. Suzuki throws a big right hand that misses. Suzuki trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Micheal pushes Suzuki off and scrambles back to his feet.
Suzuki shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Micheal pinned against the cage. Micheal gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Micheal tries to clinch up.
Suzuki changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Micheal looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Suzuki in side control lands a decent elbow.
 Micheal is rocked! The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Suzuki is chipping away with strikes.
Micheal is still in real trouble! Can Suzuki finish him? Suzuki lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Micheal down.
Suzuki lands an elbow. Suzuki scoring with punches from side control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
