Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Damian Dumano! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Staffan Hjalmarson! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Chris Edwards and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dumano shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hjalmarson but Hjalmarson pushes him off and we're back to square one. Dumano looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Hjalmarson closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Dumano to the mat! Dumano manages to get full guard. Dumano is working an open guard so Hjalmarson takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Hjalmarson feints and then cracks Dumano's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Dumano down. Dumano tries to keep at a distance but Hjalmarson has taken the fight into the clinch. Dumano wants a takedown but no success here.
Dumano is working for takedown but Hjalmarson is calmly controlling the position for now. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Damian Dumano. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hjalmarson stalls. Dumano tries for a takedown but Hjalmarson manages to get underhooks.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hjalmarson breaks from the clinch.

If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Hjalmarson is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Hjalmarson postures up in Dumano's guard and throws a big left but Dumano blocks it. Dumano looking for a sweep. Not yet Dumano, not yet. Hjalmarson content to stall in guard here. Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Hjalmarson closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Hjalmarson taking a breather here. Dumano can't do much from the bottom here. Dumano gets back to half guard.

Ground and pound from Hjalmarson. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Dumano is looking to improve his position.

Staffan Hjalmarson dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Dumano manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Damian Dumano is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Hjalmarson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dumano looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Dumano manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Hjalmarson moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Dumano looking to pass the guard. That's four minutes gone in the round. Dumano is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Hjalmarson jumps into side control! Hjalmarson gets to mount! Dumano was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. Hjalmarson wants to control the pace but Dumano is squirming around nicely. Dumano's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Hjalmarson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Dumano is working to get back to half guard.
BOOM! Hjalmarson connects with a massive shot to the dome!
And that's the end of the fight! Staffan Hjalmarson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Hjalmarson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Elsworth didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Barksdale is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Barksdale hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Warden escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Watson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Watson trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Watson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Watson sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Warden defending well though. Warden taking some punishment here, with Watson in his half guard. Watson wants to free his trapped foot but Warden is holding on for dear life with his legs. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Watson is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Warden cracks Watson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Warden has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Watson has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Watson is trying to stand back up. Warden lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Warden.

He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Warden tries to land a sweep but no joy.
And that's the end of the fight! Mr Warden comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Watson has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! andalou wants to clinch up but Lindblad keeps it at a distance. Lindblad rushes andalou and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for andalou. Lindblad wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but andalou has him pressed against the cage. andalou misses with a short punch on the inside. Lindblad wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. andalou lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Lindblad backwards. Lindblad manages to break the clinch.

Vlad is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Castro can do to turn this around? Vlad not doing much here.
