The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lusteer uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Tassen tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lusteer paws at him with a jab and circles away. Lusteer throws a series of punches but Tassen moves out of range. Tassen has a takedown stuffed. Tassen shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lusteer slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Tassen prevents Lusteer from improving his position. Tassen seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Tassen not landing any meaningful shots this time. Lusteer is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Tassen working over Lusteer with some ground and pound. Lusteer looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Lusteer gets back to full guard.

Now he's in top in Lusteer's guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Tassen distracts Lusteer with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Tassen is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Tassen content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Tassen looking to sit in guard and control but Lusteer gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Tassen manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lusteer manages to get himself to full guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Tassen connects with a nice short shot to Lusteer's temple. Lusteer on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Lusteer is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Tassen's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Tassen's back! Lusteer tries to get the hooks in deep but Tassen pushed the leg off. Tassen manages to reverse the position and now he's in Lusteer's guard. Nice work there by Tassen.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Lusteer wants to sweep but no luck. Tassen has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Lusteer looks for a takedown but Tassen sprawls well. Lee Tassen is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Tassen defending well as Lusteer loads up on a big left hand. Tassen changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lusteer looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Lusteer takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Lusteer is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Tassen off and has taken his back! Tassen is really stuck here.

Lusteer Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Tassen's back instead. Tassen manages to reverse the position and now he's in Lusteer's guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Tassen accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Tassen advances position into side control! Tassen advances to mount. Lex Lusteer has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Lusteer regains half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Lee Tassen showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Tassen, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dejesus rushes Oaken and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Oaken wants to get back to striking at distance but Dejesus won't allow it.
Dejesus gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Dejesus stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Oaken swivels though and keeps the full guard. Oaken wants to control the position but Dejesus says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Dejesus in particular looking to stall. Oaken wants to control but Dejesus is keeping busy.
Dejesus frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Oaken is trying desperately to improve position. Oaken looks gassed! Oaken reaches up to try and control the position but Dejesus seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Oaken rolls and tries to escape and now Dejesus has his back!

Dejesus is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Oaken is surviving well by controlling Dejesus's body position as best he can. Dejesus prevents Oaken from getting the reversal. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Johnson is looking for a sweep. Jones is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Jones wants to pass to mount but Johnson is defending the position. Jones trying to control the action but Johnson is working from the bottom. Johnson gets back to full guard.
Jones wants to control from the top but Johnson keeps moving. Johnson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jones doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jones manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Jones really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Johnson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Johnson keeping moving, preventing Jones from controlling successfully. Johnson looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Jones avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Johnson drops back looking for a leg! Jones is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Jones manages to kick Johnson off! Johnson jumps back into Jones's guard.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. No joy there for Johnson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jones feints and as Johnson raises his hands in defense, Jones changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Johnson tries to land a sweep but no joy. Johnson is breathing heavily. Jones must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Jones trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Johnson looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Jones passes into side control.
Jones moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Jones stands up.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! King Jr shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. King Jr showed some decent athleticism there. Henderson looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! King Jr sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Henderson defending well though. King Jr keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. King Jr working over Henderson with some ground and pound. Henderson looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. King Jr looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. King Jr throwing shots but Henderson is blocking nicely. King Jr has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. King Jr sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
