The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Benoit attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Gomes tries to clinch up. Gomes fails with an attempt to clinch.
Gomes clinches up against the ropes. Gomes escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Benoit misses with a few strikes there.
Benoit moves out of range of the leg kick from Gomes. Benoit throws a front kick aimed at Gomes's knee but Gomes avoids it well. Gomes tries to clinch but Benoit moves out of range. He shot from a bit too far out. Gomes throws a leg kick but Benoit checks it. Gomes tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Jakh throws a jab but it's blocked by Badass. Badass slips a jab and a cross from Jakh.
Badass blocks a jab. Badass is looking to clinch but Jakh is avoiding it.
Jakh is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Badass gets a takedown into half guard. Badass is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Jakh moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Badass trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Jakh wants to get back to his feet but Badass is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Badass throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Jakh works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Badass might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Jakh is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Jakh has escaped and now he's on top! Jakh wants to pass the guard but Badass is keeping the position. Jakh trying to control the position from guard on top but Badass is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Badass working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jakh doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jakh manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Badass manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Badass is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Jakh is just riding it out for now. Badass eventually gives up the hold.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Jakh fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Badass shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jakh but Jakh pushes him off and we're back to square one. Jakh scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Jakh wants to lay and pray for a moment but Badass keeps working. Jakh advances nicely into full mount. Badass is looking to get to half guard. Badass is working hard here to advance position.

Badass wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Badass manages to reverse the position and now he's in Jakh's guard. Nice work there by Badass.
Badass drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Jakh manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Badass has Jakh in his guard. Badass is trying to control the position but Jakh postures up.

Jakh is looking to defend but Badass has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Jakh! Badass pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Jakh taps out and this one is all over!

thado is looking to advance position but Gabe has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Gabe has isolated one of thado's arms. thado looking to fight him off but Gabe twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ferris fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Ferris looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! A punch combination from Ferris misses. Sakurai throws a sloppy head kick and Ferris moves out of range easily. Sakurai pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sakurai lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Ferris throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nice sprawl there from Sakurai as Ferris shoots in. A good leg kick by Sakurai. Sakurai lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Ferris blocks a head kick by Sakurai.
Sakurai throws a shot from downtown. Ferris moves away and avoids it. Ferris misses with a low kick. Sakurai throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Ferris tumbling to the canvas!
Ferris is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Sakurai content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Oh Ferris is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Sakurai is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Sakurai passes easily into side control. Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sakurai stands up. Sakurai is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Ferris flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Ferris is out cold! Sakurai holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dolan lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Dolan stuffs the takedown attempt from Batista. Batista gets slowly back to his feet. Batista fails with a takedown attempt. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Batista. Dolan stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Batista takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Dolan connects with a looping right hand.

Batista doesn't succeed with the takedown and Dolan connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Batista tries for a takedown but Dolan circles away easily and Dolan counters with a thumping low kick. Batista closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Dolan is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Batista is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Dolan looks calm but he's in trouble here. Batista gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Dolan is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Batista lets go of the hold and Dolan can pop his arm back in it's socket.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reed shoots in but Muller avoids the takedown attempt easily. Reed shoots for a double leg takedown but Muller sprawls well. He's pushed Reed's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Muller looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Reed throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Reed closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes. Reed lands a knee to the body.
Reed wants to stall.
Muller lands an uppercut. Come on Reed - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Muller lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. A nice glancing elbow lands by Reed. Muller is looking to control Reed's arms but Reed gets an underhook and turns him. Now Muller has his back to the ropes. Nice elbow from Reed. Muller breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Reed changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Muller tries to avoid it but Reed manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Muller to the ground. Muller escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Jakub Muller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Troy Reed. Reed fails with the takedown. Muller throws a front kick aimed at Reed's knee but Reed avoids it well.

That last one sent Reed tumbling to the canvas! Muller pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Reed was done - good stoppage!

Craddock had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Boy is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Craddock Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Boy's back instead. Craddock misses with an elbow to the head.
