Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dan Bradley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hammer Head (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bradley might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Ride Of The Valkyries. Dan Bradley could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Hammer Head's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Dan Bradley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Hammer Head! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Colin Fotheringham and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck for Head with that takedown attempt. Head shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Head is working for a kimura from half guard. He's really concentrating on the hold and it's allowed Bradley to slip a leg under and get back to full guard. Head wants to control from the top but Bradley keeps moving. Bradley working for a triangle but Head defends it easily.
Bradley looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bradley keeping full guard, as Head tries to pass. Bradley is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Bradley working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Head. Bradley working for a triangle but Head defends it easily.
Bradley is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Head is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Bradley gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Bradley breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Bradley looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Head looks gassed! Bradley slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Bradley lands a couple of digs. Head has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Bradley is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Head. Bradley stands up. Dan Bradley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Both fighters circling a little - Bradley finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Bradley clinches with his opponent.

Head gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Head not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Bradley manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Head throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bradley pushing down on Head's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Head tries to roll over but Bradley keeps him under control. Head is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Bradley jumps into side control! Head tries to bench press Bradley off him but Bradley keeps the position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bradley has hold of Head's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Head tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Bradley cranks the arm and Head screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Head, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chidwick fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Daisy, pushing him back against the cage. Daisy has a couple of punches blocked by Chidwick.

Chidwick lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Chidwick drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Dangerous Daisy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Daisy shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Chidwick counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Daisy is breathing heavily.

Chidwick postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Daisy had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Chidwick is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Daisy Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Chidwick's back instead. Daisy gets his hands free as Chidwick looks to control. Chidwick is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Daisy is staying active. Daisy misses with punches from the back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Chidwick trying to control the position but Daisy manages to sink in the hooks. Chidwick wants to get back to his feet. Chidwick trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble. Daisy doesn't have the hooks in and Chidwick manages to turn into his guard.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Daisy throws a looping overhand right but Chidwick ducks down to avoid it. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Chidwick. Dangerous Daisy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alex Chidwick.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Chidwick closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Chidwick stops Daisy from getting back to his feet.

Chidwick is tying to control. Daisy wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Chidwick tries to stand but can't do so whilst Daisy controls his leg.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Chidwick looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Daisy is fending him off so far but Chidwick persists. Nope, Daisy circles away and we're back to standing. Daisy shoots in but Chidwick avoids the takedown attempt easily. Horrible takedown by Daisy or perhaps it was just good defense by Chidwick which made him look bad. Daisy misses the jab. Daisy with a lazy takedown attempt and Chidwick counters with a left and a right that stings Daisy. Chidwick stuffs the takedown attempt from Daisy. Daisy gets slowly back to his feet. Chidwick shoots in and drives through. Daisy sprawls well. Daisy closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Daisy trying to control from half guard but Chidwick is working away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Daisy sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Chidwick defending well though. Chidwick wants to control but Daisy is keeping busy and won't allow it. Daisy wants to stand but Chidwick has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Daisy stands up from half guard. No luck for Daisy with that takedown attempt. Chidwick circles away from the clinch attempt.
Chidwick gets a clinch. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Chidwick comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Daisy misses with a punch on the inside.

Chidwick is looking to clinch but Daisy is avoiding it.

Dangerous Daisy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alex Chidwick. Daisy lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Daisy throws a head punch that misses. Knees in the clinch landing for Chidwick.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Chidwick escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Daisy gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Daisy preventing the sweep. Chidwick looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Dangerous Daisy. I think Chidwick has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
