Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Uriah Fabersave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Leblanc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chris Leblanc struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 156.2lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Uriah Fabersave! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chris Leblanc! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Trevor Gratis and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fabersave tries a head kick but it misses.
Fabersave moves in looking to clinch but Leblanc pushes him off. Fabersave throws a series of punches but Leblanc avoids them all with ease. Fabersave tries to close the distance and clinch but Leblanc swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Fabersave is looking to land body kicks. Fabersave on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Leblanc circles away from the clinch attempt.
Fabersave throws a head kick but Leblanc moves out of range.
Leblanc keeps the fight on the outside. Leblanc circles away from the clinch attempt.
Leblanc uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Fabersave. Fabersave throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Leblanc stumbling backwards into the cage! Leblanc bounces back off the cage towards Fabersave, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Fabersave lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Fabersave celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mawson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Nightmare kicks Mawson off and gets back to his feet. Mawson closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Nightmare manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Mawson won't allow Nightmare to pass to mount. Mawson is pressing down on Nightmare's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Mawson looking for a guillotine here but Nightmare defends easily.
Nightmare wants to stand but Mawson is controlling his posture from full guard. Mawson is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nightmare forces his way into half guard. Mawson wants to get back to full guard. Mawson keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Mawson is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Nightmare's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Nightmare's back! Nightmare manages to get full guard. Mawson drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Nightmare manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Mawson has Nightmare in his guard. Nightmare wants to control from the top but Mawson keeps moving. Nightmare throws a strike but Mawson rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Mawson drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Nightmare manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Mawson has Nightmare in his guard. Nightmare trying to control but Mawson is working from the bottom. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Nightmare escapes and throws Mawson's legs to the side, diving into side control! Nightmare landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Mawson is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Mawson tries to roll over but Nightmare keeps him under control.

Nightmare will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Mawson has a hand on Nightmare's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Nightmare takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Mawson tries to strike from the bottom but he's left himself exposed and Nightmare has taken his back. Mawson rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

Nightmare decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Nightmare closes the distance and clinches. Mawson is looking to control Nightmare's arms but Nightmare gets an underhook and turns him. Now Mawson has his back to the cage. Nightmare lands a nice elbow. Nightmare manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pickled Eggs stuns Mica with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Mica wants to clinch up but Pickled Eggs keeps it at a distance. Mica fails in his attempt to clinch. Pickled Eggs throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Mica moves out of range as Pickled Eggs strikes. Pickled Eggs throws a big shot that misses. Pickled Eggs loads up on a big right hand but Mica slips the punch. Mica avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Mica moves away from the strike by Pickled Eggs. Pickled Eggs throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Mica throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Pickled Eggs's waist but Pickled Eggs gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mica off to one side. Mica throws a head kick but Pickled Eggs moves out of range.

Pickled Eggs is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Mica is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Pickled Eggs is just riding it out for now. Mica eventually gives up the hold. Mica working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Pickled Eggs might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Mica scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Olais uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Bo. Olais shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Bo cracks Olais with an open hand slap. Jim Bo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bo slow jab from Olais misses its intended target. Bo loads up on a big right hand but Olais slips the punch. Bo throws a hook to the side of Olais's head but Olais sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Olais moves out of range of the leg kick from Bo. Bo throws a jab but it's blocked by Olais. Bo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Olais really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Bo darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Bo is looking to advance position but Olais won't allow it. Olais moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Olais working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bo doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bo manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Bo postures up.
