The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Torsk moves in looking to clinch but Maximus pushes him off.
Torsk fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Torsk shoots in but Maximus avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Maximus has closed the distance and engaged Torsk in a clinch.
Maximus is trying to break free.
Torsk jumps guard but Maximus stands there with Torsk around his waist. Torsk gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Gluteus Maximus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sven Torsk.

Torsk tries to close the distance and clinch up but Maximus swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Torsk tries for a takedown but Maximus sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Maximus lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

so Maximus counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Maximus lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
