Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jaques Louis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Stompin Tom! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Alec Ball and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tom throws a nice looking combination but Louis bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Tom tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Tom lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Tom stuffs the takedown attempt from Louis. Louis gets slowly back to his feet. Louis shoots in but no luck this time. Horrible takedown by Louis or perhaps it was just good defense by Tom which made him look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jaques Louis. That's going to take a lot out of him. Louis looks for a takedown but Tom sprawls well. Tom tries to clinch but Louis moves out of range. Louis fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Tom sprawls well initially but Louis persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Louis is nestled in close to Tom, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Tom kicks Louis off and gets back to his feet. Tom moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Louis is breathing heavily. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Tom closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Tom lands in his opponent's guard. Tom works a leg free and moves into half guard. Louis trying to hold on to Tom's head to control him but Tom postures up.

Tom has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Louis throwing hammer fists to the chest of Tom. What's that going to do exactly? Louis flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Tom thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Louis can't escape the position.
Tom get's back to his feet. Louis shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tom as he avoids it easily. Tom throws a right hand that Louis ducks under and follows up with a left that Louis also avoids with ease. Tom scores with a one two! Louis had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Louis shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Louis was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Louis trying to control but Tom is having none of it. Louis scores with a couple of good head shots there.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Tom has eaten all the pies! Louis scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Tom?
Louis with a couple of short strikes. Tom is in a horrible position here. Louis smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Tom regains half guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Tom blocking the ground and pound attempt from Louis. Tom has one foot on Louis's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Louis tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Tom swivels and escapes. Tom looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Louis fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Tom throws a series of punches but Louis avoids them all with ease.

Tom on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Louis shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Excellent takedown into side control there by Louis. Tom manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Tom works his way into side control. Tom is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Louis knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Tom stands up and beckons Louis to his feet. Louis fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Louis shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tom pinned against the cage. Tom gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Tom keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Louis fails to land the takedown. Tom lands a nice leg kick that just misses Louis's sensitive parts. Tom rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Louis moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Louis takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Tom stuffs the takedown. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Louis. Tom moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Tom misses with a double jab.
Louis shoots in and drives through. Tom sprawls well. Tom scores with a kick to the body.
Tom lands with a kick to the temple. Louis shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Louis looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Tom keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Tom gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Louis shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tom pinned against the cage. Tom gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Some wild striking there from Tom.

Louis closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Louis lands in his opponent's guard. Louis tries to free his leg and advance position but Tom is retaining full guard. Louis will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Louis throws a big right hand that misses. Louis knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tom on the ground. Tom working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Louis has passed into half guard!
Tom makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Tom. Louis has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Tom is breathing heavily. Tom manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Louis manages to get himself to full guard.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Louis. Tom is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Louis asserts his dominance and retains side control. Tom gets back to half guard. The fighters are battling for position here. Tom manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Tom is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Tom throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Tom passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Louis! Louis tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Tom wants to clinch and Louis counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Tom! Tom sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Tom gets back to full guard.

Tom looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Tom lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Louis hang on? Louis swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Tom working Louis over with strikes here. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Louis keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Tom is standing up, even though he is in mount. Tom tries to clinch up but Louis circles away and keeps his distance. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Stompin Tom will probably get the nod - 10:9. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Tom regains full guard. Nicely done. Tom wants to sweep here but Louis controlling him for the moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tom lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Louis! Tom prevents Louis from getting the reversal. Tom is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Louis can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Tom is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Louis has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Tom has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Louis taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Tom doesn't care though - he's delighted!

and Champion decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Mike's guard. Mike wants to stand but Champion is controlling the position. Mike takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Champion trying to control but Mike is working from the bottom. Champion with a nice head shot there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Champion drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Champion jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Champion advances position into side control! Champion is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Mike has escaped the position, nice work there. Champion wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Mike, who protects the arm well. Champion swings around for an armbar but Mike sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Champion's guard. Champion is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Champion had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Mike is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Champion Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Mike's back instead.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Champion scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. Mike is looking for a way out.
Mike is rocked! Champion has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Champion is looking for a rear naked choke here but Mike reverses the position brilliantly into Champion's guard!
Mike wants to get up but he can't break Champion's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Champion wants to sweep here but Mike controlling him for the moment.

Mike throws a hook to the side of Champion's head but Champion sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
And that's the end of the fight! Wilby Champion showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Champion, winning every round. Will the judges agree? Yoshihiko moves into the clinch. jackson wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Yoshihiko has him pressed against the cage. jackson tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. jackson tries to work over Yoshihiko's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. jackson tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Foo get's back to his feet. Foo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Blizt throws out the jab. Foo has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Nice shot by Blizt.

It looks like Papa Foo has been cut. Blizt lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Foo crumples to the floor! Blizt milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
