2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Simon Singh! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A combination from Singh does no damage. Virtanen misses with a straight right. Singh misses with the combination.
Virtanen will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. The fight stays on the outside here - Virtanen looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Virtanen lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Virtanen misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Virtanen shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Niki Virtanen. That's going to take a lot out of him. Buzynski kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Wavin Flag by K'naan. Johnny Samson struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 206.4lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Horrible takedown by Taurus or perhaps it was just good defense by Na Songkhla which made him look bad. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Na Songkhla throws a front kick that sends Taurus stumbling back into the cage. Clay Taurus showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Clay Taurus's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Na Songkhla tries to clinch up. Taurus will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Na Songkhla thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Taurus if he has to take too many more of those.
