7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Oddish Vileplume! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Hannah Montana! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Damien Edna and Bruno Hogan.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Montana misses with an uppercut. Vileplume throws a right and a left that Montana avoids nicely. No joy there for Vileplume, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Vileplume has taken the fight to the clinch.
Montana tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Vileplume wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Montana misses with a knee to the head. Montana doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Vileplume breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Montana fails in his attempt to clinch. Montana loads up on a big right hand but Vileplume slips the punch.
Vileplume rushes Montana and presses him up against the cage. Montana can't break the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Montana breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Montana throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
 It looks like Oddish Vileplume has been cut. Montana looks to score with a jab to the body but Vileplume is just out of range. Montana throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Vileplume's waist but Vileplume gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Montana off to one side. Vileplume lands with a slapping head kick. Montana throws a looping overhand right but Vileplume ducks down to avoid it.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Montana takes a swing at Vileplume's ribcage but misses. A punch combination from Vileplume misses. Montana shoots for a takedown but Vileplume saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Montana looks gassed! Vileplume works Montana's body with a nice hook. Vileplume throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Vileplume connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Montana to the floor! Vileplume dives in looking for the finish!
 Montana is rocked! Montana wants to get back to full guard but Vileplume has mounted him! Montana is still in real trouble! Can Vileplume finish him? Vileplume controlling his opponent. Montana is trying desperately to improve position. Montana seems to have recovered his senses.
Vileplume get's back to his feet.

Montana feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Vileplume throws the kick towards the body but Montana avoids it. Montana should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Vileplume tries a low kick but Montana avoids it. Oddish Vileplume is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Vileplume will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Vileplume throws a right and a left that Montana avoids nicely.
Vileplume tries to keep at a distance but Montana has taken the fight into the clinch. Vileplume has Montana pushed against the cage.
Montana breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Montana misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Oddish Vileplume has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hannah Montana. Montana misses with a two punch combination.
Vileplume swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Montana counters with a nice double leg into side control. Vileplume won't be happy with that. Vileplume is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Montana goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Vileplume rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Montana's guard! Nice work there by Vileplume! Vileplume wanted to stand there but Montana had control of the position.

 The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Vileplume stands up from guard. Let's bang! Vileplume moves out of range as Montana strikes. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Montana closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Montana is looking to take a break and control but Vileplume is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Vileplume parries the strikes from Montana easily there. Montana is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Vileplume to escape.

Montana looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Vileplume moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Vileplume feints and then cracks Montana's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Montana down. Vileplume avoids the body shot from Montana.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Montana has eaten all the pies! Montana fails in his attempt to clinch. Montana just misses with a punch to the body.
Vileplume misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Vileplume throws a wild body kick that Montana sees coming a mile off. Vileplume throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Montana swings and misses with a shot to the body and Vileplume counters with a slapping leg kick.
Montana shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Vileplume tries to kick Montana off but Montana keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Montana wants to take a breather but Vileplume is having none of it.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Montana stalling. Montana works his way into side control. Vileplume is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Montana asserts his dominance and retains side control. Montana landing a few strikes. Vileplume is not content to let Montana control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Montana postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Vileplume is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Montana tries for a kimura but Vileplume is defending well. Montana is breathing heavily. Vileplume is trying to get back to his feet.

 Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. A chopping leg kick lands by Vileplume. Montana misses with a double jab.

Vileplume wants to clinch. A head kick by Montana misses and Vileplume counters with a body kick. Vileplume lands a nice looking body kick. Montana waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Vileplume. Montana throws a sloppy head kick and Vileplume moves out of range easily. Vileplume stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Vileplume throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Vileplume feints and then cracks Montana's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Montana down.

Oddish Vileplume is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Montana misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Oddish Vileplume has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hannah Montana. Vileplume swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

Montana lands a huge takedown. Vileplume is out but the ref is slow to react and Montana lands 3 more undefended punches before the fight is stopped. Brutal finish. Vileplume lies on the canvas for a good minute before the doctors bring him round. Good to see he's OK.

Crosby tries to clinch but Bass moves out of range. Bass closes the distance and lands a one-two. The fight stays on the outside here - Crosby looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Crosby tries to bum rush Bass with a series of wild strikes but Bass uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Crosby shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Crosby is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bass can do anything to dispel that myth.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt moves into range and clinches up with McClaine.

Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hunt accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Hunt slips nicely into half guard. McClaine gets back to full guard.

 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Hunt looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? McClaine is fending him off so far but Hunt persists. Nope, McClaine circles away and we're back to standing.

McClaine closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McClaine is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. McClaine seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hunt does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Mike Hunt will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!

McClaine anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Hunt and secures both hooks! This could be bad! McClaine slips an arm under Hunt chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. McClaine has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. McClaine is squeezing on Hunt like an anaconda would it's prey. Hunt fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
