Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Lidell gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Huecias has gone for a leg lock! Lidell slips out almost immediately though and dives into Huecias's guard. Lidell working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

Lidell will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Lidell won't allow Huecias to sweep him here. Huecias is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Lidell has his hands clasped together but Huecias extends an breaks Lidell's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Huecias.

Darwin will feel that in the morning. Baker slow jab from Darwin misses its intended target. Baker misses with a few strikes there.
Baker lands a with a good body shot. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Baker bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Darwin fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Baker throws a series of punches but Darwin moves out of range. Baker looks to score with a jab to the body but Darwin is just out of range. Darwin lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

and Darwin counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Baker's guard now. Baker is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Darwin trying to control the position from guard on top but Baker is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Darwin works over Baker with some ground and pound from guard. Darwin wants to control from the top but Baker keeps moving.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Darwin drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Darwin jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

"I don't think so" says Baker as he avoids it easily. Baker lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Darwin at a distance.

It looks like Hazel Johnston has been cut. Johnston has left one of his arms exposed and Wire doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Johnston screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horrible takedown by Paska or perhaps it was just good defense by Kemp which made him look bad. Kemp connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Paska shoots in and bounces Kemp off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Paska slips nicely into half guard. Paska content to control rather than advance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Paska is keen to just control but Kemp is a slippery customer. Kemp is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. Kemp wants to control but Paska is keeping busy.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Kemp scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Kemp drives through and clinches with Paska against the cage.
Paska jumps guard and drags Kemp to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Kemp stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Paska swivels though and keeps the full guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kemp trying to control the position from guard on top but Paska is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
And that's the end of the fight! Adam Kemp comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Kemp has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dredd looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Dredd lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Dredd takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Nice sprawl there from Jackson as Dredd shoots in. Jackson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Dredd tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Jackson swivels and escapes. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jah Dredd. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dredd closes the distance and clinches up with Jackson, looking for a takedown. Dredd pushes Jackson against the cage but Jackson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Nice straight punches there by Jackson. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Jackson. Jackson misses with a double jab.
Jackson stuffs the takedown. Dredd with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Jackson to score with a decent uppercut. Dredd shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jackson as he jumps to the side. Jackson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dredd looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Dredd is rocked! Dredd is looking to reverse the position. Jackson lands a few punches from side control. Oh Dredd is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Jackson wants to control but Dredd is keeping him busy. Dredd seems to have got his legs back now. Jackson scoring with punches and elbows.

No joy there for Gorski, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Trombone misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Johnson.
Trombone cracks Johnson with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Trombone misses with a series of wild punches.
Trombone looks to land a left hand but Johnson moved out of range nicely. Trombone throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Johnson slips a jab and a cross from Trombone.
Rusty Trombone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Trombone tries to land a front kick but Johnson steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Trombone swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A punch combination from Trombone misses. Johnson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Johnson tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Johnson has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Trombone tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Johnson wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Johnson looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Trombone sneaks back into half guard. Johnson is looking for a kimura but Trombone is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Johnson to get the leverage. Trombone won't allow Johnson to pass to mount. Johnson winds up and cracks Trombone with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Trombone is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Trombone moves into full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Johnson tries to free his leg and advance position but Trombone is retaining full guard. Johnson looks gassed! Johnson prevents Trombone from getting back to his feet. Trombone looking for a sweep. Not yet Trombone, not yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Trombone throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Trombone throws a right and a left that Johnson avoids nicely. Trombone cracks a nice hook into Johnson's ribs. A big right from Johnson misses. Johnson showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Trombone.

Trombone utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

That was a close round but I would say that Rusty Trombone will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Johnson moves away from the strike by Trombone. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Johnson. Johnson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Johnson tries to improve his position but Trombone has taken his back! Trombone has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Johnson tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Trombone pushes Johnson away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!

He's pushed Face's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Face closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The strikes coming from Face are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Welker struggling a bit here. Welker is trying to get back to half guard.
