The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Deely shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Henderson pinned against the cage. Henderson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. A head kick misses from Henderson. Henderson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Deely tries to clinch but Henderson moves out of range. Deely uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Henderson. Sean Deely seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Henderson gets the takedown into side control. Henderson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Deely, who protects the arm well. Henderson tries for a kimura but Deely is defending well. Henderson trying to control the action but Deely is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Henderson yanks on the arm and Deely is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Henderson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! David keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Ramsey fails with a takedown attempt from distance. David has a takedown stuffed. Ramsey doesn't succeed with the takedown and David moves into the clinch. Jan David has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gordon Ramsey. David wants a takedown but no success here.
David tightens his grip and picks Ramsey up, before dumping him to the ground. Ramsey manages to land in guard. David stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ramsey swivels though and keeps the full guard. Ramsey is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

David seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Ramsey does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

David drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Ramsey manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now David has Ramsey in his guard. David lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Ramsey! David has control of Ramsey's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Ramsey regains control of the situation pretty easily.

He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. David works his way back into a safe position though. David forces his way into half guard. David passes to full mount! David is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Ramsey can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Jan David overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. David with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nyrkki shoots for a double leg takedown but Bull sprawls well. He's pushed Nyrkki's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Bull moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Nyrkki drops his hands momentarily and Bull takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Bull throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Nyrkki. Bull pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bull lands a big shot that drops Nyrkki! Can he finish him?
Nyrkki is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Nyrkki trying to control the position.
Oh Nyrkki is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Bull has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Nyrkki is proving hard to escape from. Nyrkki seems to have got his legs back now. Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Nyrkki crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Bull - the referee stops the clock and Nyrkki gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Bull. Nyrkki manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Bull lands a head kick!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bull lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Nyrkki is looking to close the distance but Bull sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Nyrkki crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Nyrkki is OK because that was naaaaaasty!

Balkenende wants to sweep but no luck. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Balkenende is working hard here to advance position. swick takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Balkenende lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Balkenende postures up in swick's guard and throws a big left but swick blocks it. Balkenende loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's two minutes gone in the round. swick wants to get back to his feet but Balkenende is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Balkenende wants to control from the top but swick keeps moving. Balkenende looking to pass the guard. Balkenende throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as swick works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Balkenende controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. swick closes the distance but Balkenende moves to the side and Balkenende counters with a shoot takedown. swick fights it but they end up in guard. Balkenende seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. JanPeter Balkenende overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Balkenende gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Balkenende shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Balkenende perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. swick keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Balkenende moves nicely into side control. Balkenende in side control lands a decent elbow.
And that's the end of the fight! JanPeter Balkenende showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Balkenende, winning every round. Will the judges agree? The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Beef throws a shot from downtown. Butler moves away and avoids it. Butler scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
