Oreskin goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Truxillo turns into him and now he's in Oreskin's guard.

5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Marcus Rogers! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Russell Pearce and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from King. No joy for Rogers on that attempt. King throws a big shot that misses. Some wild striking there from Rogers.
King throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
King will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and King counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Rogers lands with a slapping head kick.
It looks like Brian King has been cut. Rogers gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. King waves his right hand out infront of him, looking to distract Rogers. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Rogers to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
Rogers is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Rogers wants to stand but King is controlling the position. Rogers is still in real trouble! Can King finish him? King stands and steps away. Rogers gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Rogers seems to have recovered his senses. Rogers fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Rogers fails to land the takedown. Brian King has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcus Rogers. Rogers looks gassed!
That's one minute gone in the round. King drops his shoulder and cracks Rogers with a huge uppercut! Rogers goes down! Can King finish him?
Rogers is working an open guard so King takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. King cracks Rogers on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Rogers falls backwards against the cage. King follows up with more strikes that drop Rogers to his knees. King keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Rogers! This one is all over!
