The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luke shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hrdlica pinned against the cage. Hrdlica gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Luke throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Hrdlica on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Luke throws a hook but Hrdlica blocks it.
Hrdlica comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Luke goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Hrdlica is on top in guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Hrdlica throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Luke stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Luke closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hrdlica circles away.

Hrdlica cracks Luke with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Luke is rocked!
Wilfrid Luke is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Luke walks straight into a right hand from Hrdlica - that's dropped him! Hrdlica jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Luke from any more punishment! Luke complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
