Nelson closes the distance and clinches up with Thai, looking for a takedown. Nelson pushes Thai against the cage but Thai circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Nelson is backing up but Thai catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Nelson covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Thai Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pedro LaCosta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Haskins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pedro LaCosta had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.2lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Cavaricci escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Snider gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Cavaricci is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Cavaricci is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Cavaricci isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Snider stacks Cavaricci on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Snider!

Cavaricci shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Snider pinned against the cage. Snider gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Cavaricci jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Snider is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Snider and Cavaricci has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Snider really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cavaricci. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Snider wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Cavaricci swings around for an armbar but Snider sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Cavaricci's guard.
