0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dwight Grant! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Trevor Gratis and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Grant misses with a two punch combination.
Polazzo misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Polazzo drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Polazzo trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Polazzo won't allow Grant to get back to his feet. Grant throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Grant pulls Polazzo in close to his closed guard and prevents Polazzo from doing any damage or advancing position. Grant is trying to keep Polazzo in close.
Grant manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Polazzo manages to get himself to full guard.
Grant is stalling in the full guard. Polazzo tries to land a sweep but no joy. Grant showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Grant is looking to stand up but Polazzo won't let him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Polazzo keeping moving, preventing Grant from controlling successfully. Polazzo is looking for a triangle but Grant pushes his legs off easily.
Grant passes Polazzo's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Grant seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Polazzo does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Polazzo is trying to get back to full guard. Grant tries to stand but can't do so whilst Polazzo controls his leg. Grant looks gassed! Grant is looking to advance position but Polazzo won't allow it. Polazzo wants to improve his position but Grant is controlling well.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Grant lands with a slapping head kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Grant misses with a body kick. Polazzo scores a takedown into full mount! Polazzo working for a guillotine from mount but Grant is in no mood to give up. Polazzo pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.
Polazzo jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Grant manages to avoid the submission attempt. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Polazzo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Polazzo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! You can see the frustration on Grant's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Polazzo prevents Grant from escaping the position. Polazzo tries to advance to mount but can't. Grant is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Polazzo wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Grant, who protects the arm well. Polazzo is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Grant has escaped the position, nice work there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Grant's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Polazzo looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Grant prevents Polazzo from improving position. Grant is looking for a sweep. Grant tries to escape but Polazzo is in control. Polazzo advances to mount. Grant defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Polazzo. Polazzo wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Polazzo moves forwards but Grant connects with a nice, crisp jab. Grant ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Polazzo moves away. Grant throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Grant tries to close the distance and clinch up but Polazzo swats him away and circles back towards the center. Dwight Grant seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Grant misses with a takedown attempt so Polazzo counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Grant not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Polazzo tries to pass to full mount but Grant defends it. Polazzo is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Grant doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Polazzo. Polazzo thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Grant's head. Grant trying to control but Polazzo postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Grant is looking to escape. Polazzo is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Grant is just riding it out for now. Polazzo eventually gives up the hold. Grant is pressing down on Polazzo's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Grant is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Polazzo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Grant swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bryant misses with a low kick as McArdle jumps back. Bryant is looking to land body kicks. Bryant gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Bryant breaks the clinch.
McArdle checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. McArdle throws out a loose jab but Bryant uses good head movement to avoid it. McArdle blocks the body kick.
McArdle tries to clinch up. No joy there for McArdle, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bryant forces McArdle back against the cage and clinches. Bryant gets through McArdle's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. McArdle is trying to break free. The is referee keeping an eye on Bryant - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. McArdle wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Bryant has him pressed against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bryant lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down McArdle. Bryant keeps control of McArdle as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Bryant works on McArdle's body with a couple of short punches. Bryant lands with a right to the head. Bryant breaks from the clinch.

McArdle tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Bryant escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bryant keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. McArdle throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bryant. Bryant lands a front kick. Bryant misses with the combination.
McArdle shoots for a takedown but Bryant saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. McArdle is breathing heavily. Bryant lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Bryant forces McArdle back against the cage and clinches. Bryant breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

McArdle throws a right and a left that both miss. Bryant instigates a clinch. A knee to the head by Bryant.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Bryant creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bryant is struggling to control the position. Bryant is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. McArdle can't fight it off and eventually Bryant manages to take the fight to the floor. McArdle looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Bryant is working McArdle over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Bryant content to stall in guard here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bryant gets to his feet. McArdle looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Bryant lands with a kick to the temple. McArdle shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Bryant throws a combination but it was largely blocked by McArdle. Bryant gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Bryant pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Bryant darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Well, if Bryant is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. McArdle throws a lazy head kick and Bryant counters with a thumping low kick. Bryant tries to clinch and McArdle counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Bryant pushes McArdle off and gets back to his feet. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bryant fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with McArdle, pushing him back against the cage. Bryant pulls guard successfully.

That's one minute gone in the round. Bryant is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Bryant postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. McArdle can't keep his opponent in guard - Bryant advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. McArdle punching from the bottom.
Bryant takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Bryant escapes and gets back to his feet. McArdle takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. McArdle looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bryant is fending him off so far but McArdle persists. Nope, Bryant circles away and we're back to standing. Bryant decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

AJ Bryant showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Bryant slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Bryant wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

I think McArdle should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Bryant has tightened it up now! McArdle should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! Luciano falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Bennett smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.

Casanova fails with a takedown attempt. Casanova throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Winkletoe throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. A leg kick checked by Casanova. A head kick by Casanova misses and Winkletoe counters with an inside leg kick. Casanova shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Casanova is looking to clinch but Winkletoe is avoiding it.

Winkletoe darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Winkletoe misses with a few strikes there.

Winkletoe thuds his right hand into Casanova's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Casanova shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Tom Winkletoe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eddie Casanova. Winkletoe throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Winkletoe has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Casanova. Winkletoe throws a nice inside leg kick. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Winkletoe moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Winkletoe throws a one two combo.

Casanova ducks under a wild hook from Winkletoe. Winkletoe throws a series of punches but Casanova avoids them all with ease. Winkletoe connects with a solid leg kick. Winkletoe throws a body kick that misses. Winkletoe catches Casanova with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Donk. Winkletoe catches Casanova right on the button with a cross. Casanova uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Winkletoe. Winkletoe throws a right and a left that Casanova avoids nicely. Casanova takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A nice leg kick lands there from Hooster. Hooster tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Hooster wants to clinch. The fight moves into the clinch position. Dupuis lands a body punch. Dupuis is looking to break free of the clinch but Hooster has double underhooks. Dupuis has had enough of the clinch but Hooster keeps him there for the moment. Hooster's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Dupuis thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Hooster tries to bench press Dupuis off him but Dupuis keeps the position. Kuklinski shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gruber as he jumps to the side. Gruber takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Kuklinski closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Gruber is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Kuklinski pulls him back up using the underhooks. A right hand to the body from Kuklinski.
Kuklinski is pushing Gruber up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Kuklinski turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Gruber tries to buck Kuklinski off but Kuklinski is having none of it. Gruber could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Kuklinski has hold of Gruber's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Gruber seems comfortable defending it but Kuklinski has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Gruber is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Gruber is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Kuklinski couldn't care less - he's delighted!

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hank Trill! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Robert Douchet and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Du throws a leg kick but Trill moved away. Du shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Du landing strikes from the mount and Trill is in trouble! Trill throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing. Trill is in all sorts of trouble here.
Trill really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Du. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Du trying to control but he's not successful this time. Du lands a big elbow. Trill wants to control but Du is having none of it. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Trill wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Trill taking shots to the head. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Du loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Trill scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Du land to the head.
