The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kay scores with a takedown into Zaro's guard.

Zaro escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kay gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Zaro has his foot on Kay's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kay works his way back into a safe position though.
Kay scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

Zaro working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kay doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kay manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Kay really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Zaro. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Kay stays in close to Zaro's body and controls the position.

Bengtsson walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Daniels connects with a stiff jab that staggers Bengtsson - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!

Ungowa fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Zmertin on the side of the head.
Zmertin changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ungowa tries to avoid it but Zmertin manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ungowa to the ground. Ungowa escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A nice inside leg kick there by Ungowa. That's going to slow Zmertin down.
Ungowa is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Zmertin.
Ungowa misses with a few strikes there.

It looks like Yuri Zmertin has been cut.
Ungowa lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Zmertin drives through and clinches with Ungowa against the cage.

Ungowa jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
