Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mark Corwin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eetu Rauhanen! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rauhanen closes the distance and lands a one-two. Corwin fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Corwin could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Corwin throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Rauhanen counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Corwin down! Rauhanen is looking to finish but Corwin is intelligently defending himself.
Corwin is rocked! Corwin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Rauhanen gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Oh Corwin is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Rauhanen won't allow Corwin to sweep him here. Rauhanen wants to get up but he can't break Corwin's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Corwin seems to have got his legs back now. Corwin working for submissions but it's allowed Rauhanen to get to half guard.

Corwin tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rauhanen paws at him with a jab and circles away. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Corwin moves into range and clinches up with Rauhanen. Rauhanen wants to break free. That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Rauhanen has had enough of the clinch but Corwin keeps him there for the moment. Corwin jumps guard and drags Rauhanen to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Corwin has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rauhanen can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Corwin manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Rauhanen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Corwin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Corwin tries for a kimura. Corwin shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rauhanen pinned against the cage. Rauhanen gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Corwin drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Eetu Rauhanen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Mark Corwin's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Corwin closes the distance looking to clinch and Rauhanen counters with a nice uppercut. Rauhanen throws a series of punches but Corwin avoids them all with ease. Mark Corwin has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stantz darts in and clinches Buck up against the cage. Buck keeps control of Stantz as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Stantz has had enough of the clinch but Buck keeps him there for the moment. Buck breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Buck bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Buck prevents Stantz from escaping the position. Stantz is trying to control Buck's posture but Buck avoids it. Buck tries to advance to mount but Stantz denies him. Buck working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Buck tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Buck tries to advance to mount but Stantz denies him. Buck misses with the ground and pound.

Stantz looks to land a body kick but Buck moved away. Buck shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Buck showed some decent athleticism there. Buck seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Stantz does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Buck lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Stantz wants to get back to his feet.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Buck trying to control the action but Stantz is working from the bottom. Stantz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Buck on the ground. Buck fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Buck has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Velez lands with an uppercut that bounces Williams off the cage and back into rage. Velez connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Williams tumbling to the canvas! Velez pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Williams was done - good stoppage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Santos takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Santos shoots for a double leg takedown but Anderson sprawls well. He's pushed Santos's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Santos throws a right hand that Anderson ducks under and follows up with a left that Anderson also avoids with ease. A slapping body kick lands there for Anderson. Anderson wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Santos is breathing heavily. Anderson gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Anderson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Santos throws a nice looking combination but Anderson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Anderson loads up on a big right hand but Santos slips the punch. Thud! ouch! good body kick from Anderson - that will leave a mark!
This has been an exciting period of action! Anderson looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Anderson throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Santos stumbling backwards into the cage! Santos bounces back off the cage towards Anderson, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Anderson lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Anderson celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Holliday looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Penn! Penn defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Holliday. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Holliday has hold of Penn's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Penn manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Holliday cracks Penn with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from TacoTaco. Karataco TacoTaco seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Horrible takedown by TacoTaco or perhaps it was just good defense by Sanchez which made him look bad. TacoTaco swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Sanchez throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Sanchez takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. A head kick misses from Sanchez. TacoTaco avoids the head kick by Sanchez.
Sanchez fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. TacoTaco looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. TacoTaco will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Carmelo Sanchez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Karataco TacoTaco. Sanchez connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. TacoTaco fails to land the takedown. TacoTaco looks gassed! TacoTaco wants to clinch up but Sanchez keeps it at a distance.

Sanchez throws a head kick that misses. Sanchez connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Sanchez throws a quick inside leg kick. Sanchez feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to TacoTaco's calf. Carmelo Sanchez is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Sanchez with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

It looks like Karataco TacoTaco has been cut. TacoTaco takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
TacoTaco is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sanchez lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as TacoTaco crumples to the floor! Sanchez milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
