 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from de Gotia. Chara tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Chara really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. de Gotia misses with a head kick.
Good work by Chara as he checks the leg kick. Chara tries to clinch but de Gotia moves out of range. Chara stuffs the takedown attempt from de Gotia. de Gotia gets slowly back to his feet. Chara throws a head kick that half lands.
 It looks like Arn de Gotia has been cut. de Gotia circles away from the clinch attempt.
Chara closes the distance and clinches up with de Gotia, looking for a takedown. Chara pushes de Gotia against the cage but de Gotia circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. de Gotia keeps the fight on the outside. He's pushed de Gotia's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Monk. Monk tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Monk tries to close the distance and clinch but Grey swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Monk wants to clinch. Monk throws a combination. Grey tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
 It looks like Jim Grey has been cut. Nice combo by Monk! Oh, that's hurt him - Grey falls to the canvas and Monk follows him into side control.
 Grey is rocked! Monk wants to lay and pray for a moment but Grey keeps working. Grey is still in real trouble! Can Monk finish him? Monk tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Grey seems to have recovered his senses. Monk looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Grey is avoiding damage well.

Grey is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Monk is controlling him well. Grey tries to improve position but can't. Monk tries to advance to mount but can't. Monk just content to control the position. Grey tries to get back to half guard but can't.
 It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Grey shoots in but no luck this time.

Monk is in trouble now - Grey has advanced to mount! Monk is looking to get to half guard. Grey breaks from Monk's wrist control and lands an elbow. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Grey cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Monk wants to hold on but Grey pushes him away. Monk is desperately trying to improve his position but Grey has a good base and remains in mount. Grey with the ground and pound from mount.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Grey avoids the attempt from Monk to control. Monk is looking to get to half guard. Grey misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Monk manages to regain half guard. Good work. Grey looks gassed! Monk regains full guard. Nicely done. Monk pulls Grey in to control the position. Grey wants to control from the top but Monk keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Horrible takedown by Monk or perhaps it was just good defense by Grey which made him look bad. Grey gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Monk counters by clinching up. Grey is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Grey wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Grey can't keep hold of the triangle and Monk manages to pass to side control! Monk taking a break here but Grey is having none of it and regains half guard. and Monk counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Grey wants to clinch and Monk counters with a left and a right that stings Grey. Grey takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Monk moves into range and clinches up with Grey.

Bakung Monk overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Monk content to stall in guard here. Monk is pushing down on Grey's leg trying to pass to half guard. Grey is fighting to maintain full guard but Monk has managed to sneak the leg through. Monk controlling the action here. Monk wants to get back to his feet.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Monk decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Monk darts in and clinches Grey up against the cage. Grey tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Monk breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Grey tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Monk counters by clinching up. Grey wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Monk has him pressed against the cage.
Monk has hold of one of Grey's legs. Grey is fighting the takedown attempt but Monk gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Jim Grey has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Monk slips nicely into half guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Monk tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Grey flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
And that's the end of the fight! Bakung Monk showed his dominance in that final round. Well Monk has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Trueman uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Bensing's guard. Nice move by Trueman! Bensing tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Trueman lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Bensing can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Trueman and Bensing drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Trueman.

Chingon looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Verelea lands a nice shot to the body.
Verelea darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Verelea scoring with strikes to the body and head. Verelea takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Verelea slips a nice elbow through Chingon's hands, connecting with Chingon's forehead. Verelea lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Verelea moves into full mount! Chingon won't be happy about that! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Verelea looking to control but Chingon is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Verelea lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Letter shoots in for a takedown but Kaurismaa shows good takedown defense. Letter displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kaurismaa throws out the jab. Letter swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Letter creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Letter trying to control the action but Kaurismaa is working from the bottom.  It looks like David Letter has been cut. Nice shot lands for Kaurismaa. Kaurismaa throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Letter sees it coming and avoids it easily. Kaurismaa digs a good hook to Letter's body.
Kaurismaa misses with a straight left. Letter checks the leg kick. Letter tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Arne Kaurismaa is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Kaurismaa pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Letter ducks under a wild hook from Kaurismaa. Letter doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Letter wants to clinch. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Kaurismaa shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Letter is backing up but Kaurismaa catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Letter covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Kaurismaa Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardhit rushes Gyrvish and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Gyrvish tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Hardhit just stands there and leans against the cage.
Hardhit tightens his grip and picks Gyrvish up, before dumping him to the ground. Gyrvish manages to land in guard. Hardhit is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gyrvish scores with a couple of body punches from the bottom.
Hardhit tries to stand but Gyrvish is controlling from the bottom. Gyrvish wants to sweep here but Hardhit controlling him for the moment. Hardhit trying to control the position from guard on top but Gyrvish is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hardhit stopping the sweep attempt from Gyrvish. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Gyrvish land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Gyrvish stands and salutes the crowd.

Sankari has picked Atleetti up - he's going for a ride! Sankari dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Sankari stalling away here and it's allowed Atleetti to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Atleetti tries to bum rush Sankari with a series of wild strikes but Sankari uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Sankari shoots in but Atleetti avoids the takedown attempt easily. Antti Atleetti has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mikael Sankari. Atleetti throws a right hand that Sankari ducks under and follows up with a left that Sankari also avoids with ease.

Sankari swings around for an armbar but Atleetti sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Sankari's guard. Atleetti trying to control but Sankari is working from the bottom. Atleetti works a leg free and moves into half guard. Sankari is refusing to be controlled, as Atleetti sits in half guard. Sankari tries to roll over but Atleetti keeps him under control.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Atleetti wants to take a breather but Sankari is having none of it. Atleetti wants to pass to mount but Sankari is defending the position.
Sankari kicks Atleetti off and gets back to his feet. Atleetti gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Sankari counters with a shoot takedown. Atleetti fights it but they end up in guard.
Sankari decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Atleetti, up you get! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Atleetti has a takedown stuffed. Atleetti throws a right and a left that both miss. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mikael Sankari dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Sankari postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Atleetti is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Sankari, into his guard.
Sankari wriggles free and stands up. Sankari throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Atleetti's waist but Atleetti gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sankari off to one side. Sankari slips a jab and a cross from Atleetti.
Sankari changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Atleetti tries to avoid it but Sankari manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Atleetti to the ground. Atleetti escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Antti Atleetti is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Atleetti looks to land a combination. Sankari sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Atleetti shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Sankari counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Sankari stands up from half guard. Atleetti looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Antti Atleetti seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Atleetti doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Sankari counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Atleetti's guard now. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sankari has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Atleetti is proving hard to escape from. Atleetti wants to sweep but no luck. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mikael Sankari showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Sankari ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Sankari no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Sankari is looking to stand up but Atleetti isn't so interested in that idea. Sankari looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Atleetti wants to control from the top but Sankari keeps moving. Mikael Sankari has got the better of the ground game so far.
Sankari working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Atleetti doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Atleetti manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Sankari is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wilson looks for a takedown but Plissken sprawls well. Wilson is looking to clinch. Wilson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Plissken as he avoids it easily. Plissken's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Plissken duly obliges.
