The fighters circling - Sharpe throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Sharpe throws a big shot that misses. Sharpe lands with a right that hurts Obispo. Obispo looks to clinch but Sharpe throws a short knee that drops Obispo. This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Slice throws a nice looking combination but Voorhees bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Slice darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Slice trying to control the pace. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Slice lands a nice short elbow. Slice is looking to take a break and control but Voorhees is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Slice looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Voorhees looks like he's trying to stand up.
Voorhees is trying to get back to full guard. Voorhees moves into full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Voorhees manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Slice on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Slice tries to get out of the position. Slice tries to lock up and control but Voorhees gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Voorhees lands a heavy elbow. Slice is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Slice working to try and regain half guard.
Voorhees lands a big shot there that rocks Slice but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
It looks like Kimbo Kevin Ferguson Slice has been cut. Slice keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Voorhees pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Kimbo Kevin Ferguson Slice's cut is getting worse. Slice is breathing heavily. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A big strike lands for Voorhees! That's really hurt Slice and he's turned his back - Voorhees keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Voorhees Jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wicheals swings away with a leg kick that misses. Thud! ouch! good body kick from Wicheals - that will leave a mark!
Wicheals throws a nice inside leg kick. Leka is breathing heavily. Wicheals ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Leka moves away. Leka takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Wicheals fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. A slapping leg kick lands for Wicheals.
Wicheals uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Leka has time to react. Wicheals throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Leka stumbling backwards into the cage! Leka bounces back off the cage towards Wicheals, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Wicheals lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Wicheals celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Whopp lands with a kick to the temple. Dactyl shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Whopp misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Dactyl wants to clinch. Dactyl tries to close the distance and clinch but Whopp swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Whopp misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Dactyl connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Whopp to the floor! Dactyl dives in looking for the finish!
Whopp is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Dactyl in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Whopp tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Dactyl !

Cartman uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Assman. Cartman feints and as Assman raises his hands in defense, Cartman changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Cartman advances to half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Cartman in particular looking to stall. This has been an exciting period of action! Cartman is trying to work for a kimura but Assman is defending well.
Cartman wants to free his trapped foot but Assman is holding on for dear life with his legs. Cartman is looking for a kimura here.

Cartman closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Assman to the mat! Assman manages to get full guard. Cartman with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Cartman drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Assman dives on top into guard. Cartman thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Cartman wants to sweep here but Assman controlling him for the moment. Cartman has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Assman can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Cartman striking off his back but it's not causing Assman any problems.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Cartman looking for a sweep. Not yet Cartman, not yet. Assman wants to stand but Cartman is controlling his posture from full guard.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Assman looks to land a right hand but Cartman moved out of range. Assman cracks Cartman with a good jab. Assman missing with a left hand there. Cartman was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. A swing and a miss from Assman. Brett Assman is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Cartman shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Cartman slips a nice elbow through Assman's hands, connecting with Assman's forehead. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Assman lands an overhand right. Cartman shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Assman but Assman pushes him off and we're back to square one. Assman misses with a hook. Cartman ducked under it nicely. Assman throws a big shot that misses. Assman scores with a body shot.

Horrible takedown by Cartman or perhaps it was just good defense by Assman which made him look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Eric Cartman. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Cartman displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Assman throws out the jab. Cartman closes the distance and clinches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cartman jumps guard but Assman stands there with Cartman around his waist. Cartman gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Cartman gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Assman regains guard.
Assman really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cartman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Cartman throwing strikes but missing. Assman wants to stand and escape but Cartman is having none of it. Cartman wants to control from the top but Assman keeps moving. Cartman slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Cartman drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Cartman jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Cartman has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cartman passes easily into side control. Nice work. Cartman working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Cartman looking to control but instead Assman has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard. Cartman is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cartman is trying to control the action in half guard but Assman is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Cartman content to control rather than advance. Cartman is working for a submission of some sort.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. The fighters circling - Assman throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Cartman closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Assman to the mat! Assman manages to get full guard. Cartman throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Cartman passes Assman's left leg - he's now in half guard. Cartman is pressing down on Assman's thigh, looking to free his foot. Assman is holding on for now. Assman is staying active underneath Cartman, who seems content to just control the action from this position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Cartman wants to pass the guard but Assman is defending well.
