Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Damian Dupont (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ikaika Konani (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dupont kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Bodies Hit the Floor. Ikaika Konani will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Damian Dupont! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ikaika Konani! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from Dupont. No joy for Konani on that attempt. Dupont fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Konani checks it well. Konani showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Dupont.
Dupont stuffs the takedown. Dupont shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Dupont is tying to control. Konani wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Dupont wants to stand up but Konani is controlling the position.
Dupont wants to control but Konani is keeping him busy. Konani desperately trying to maintain half guard. Dupont is trying to control the action in half guard but Konani is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Dupont is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Konani doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Dupont. Konani works his way to full guard. Konani might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Dupont kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Konani takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Dupont on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Dupont tries to get out of the position. Dupont squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.

Konani controls from within his opponent's guard. Konani looking to sit in guard and control but Dupont gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Konani is trying to control the position but Dupont postures up. Konani tries to land a sweep but no joy. Damian Dupont has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Dupont wants to control from the top but Konani keeps moving. Dupont throwing strikes but missing. Konani is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
And that's the end of the fight! Ikaika Konani comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Konani winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tyler shoots in and bounces rogan off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. rogan looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Tyler drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tyler jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Tyler sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed rogan's guard. Tyler seems to be working for a kimura but rogan defends the submission attempt. rogan wants to get back to full guard but Tyler has passed into side control. Tyler is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but rogan is surviving well by controlling Tyler's body position as best he can. Tyler has hold of rogan's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and rogan manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down rogan for as long as he can get away with. Tyler can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as rogan is looking to escape. Tyler is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. rogan can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Jackson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Jackson takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

It looks like LJ Harris has been cut. Harris tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Harris tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Jackson paws at him with a jab and circles away. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Harris, as that shot connected.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Jackson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Harris paws at him with a jab and circles away. Harris clinches but Jackson breaks the clinch and Jackson counters with a beautiful punch that sends Harris to the canvas! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
JaQuarious Jackson dominated that round. The cut man is working on LJ Harris's cut. That's time! Harris's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Jackson tries to clinch up but Harris circles away and keeps his distance. Jackson shoots in and drives through. Harris sprawls well. Harris pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Jackson throws a looping overhand right but Harris ducks down to avoid it. LJ Harris is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Good exchange - Harris coming out on top. Harris is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Jackson. Jackson wants to clinch up but Harris keeps it at a distance. Jackson tries to close the distance and clinch but Harris swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Jackson gets a takedown into half guard. It looks like Jackson is going to stand back up.

Jackson throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Harriss head. Jackson keeps control of Harris as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mac misses with a series of wild punches.
Mac ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Martens moves away. Martens really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Mac's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Mac duly obliges. Mac connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Martens's hands. Martens slips under a jab. Mac waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Martens. Mac fails with an attempt to clinch.
Mac tries to close the distance and clinch but Martens swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Mac throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Good work there by Martens. Martens dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Mac. That did some damage! Mac with a poor takedown and Martens counters with a single leg into guard. Mac didn't expect that. Martens pushing down on Mac's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Mac wants to improve his position but Martens is controlling well.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Martens tries for a kimura but Mac is defending well. Mac takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Mac moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Martens content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mac tries for a takedown but Martens circles away easily and Martens counters with a nice double leg into guard. Justin Martens has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Blake Mac. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mac is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Martens trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Mac trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Mac doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cook shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bird pinned against the cage. Bird gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Bird moves away from the strike by Cook. Cook just misses with a punch to the body.
Cook shoots in and bounces Bird off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Cook slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Cook remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Bird sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cook looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Bird manages to get to full guard.
Bird is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Bird throws his legs up looking for a submission but Cook uses it to pass to side control.
Cook is looking to take a break and control but Bird is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Cook tries to advance to mount but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cook tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Cook has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Cook scores with punches from side control. Bird gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Bird is defending against the submission attempts here by Cook.
Bird is looking to control Cook's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Bird avoid being mounted?
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bird looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Cook prevents Bird from improving his position. Bird is looking to get back to full guard here but Cook has managed to pass to side control instead. Bird is trying to escape the mount but Cook keeps good control and instead manages to take Bird's back.
Cook is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Cook controlling well, preventing Bird from escaping the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Cook is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
Cook looks gassed! Cook is trying to stick to Bird's back but Bird is turning into Cook. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Cook's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Bird. Cook can't keep his opponent in guard - Bird advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Bird seems to be working for a kimura but Cook defends the submission attempt. Bird is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Cook doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Bird. Bird wants to pass to mount but Cook is defending the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Orion Cook dominated that round. That's time! Bird's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Cook looks to score with a jab to the body but Bird is just out of range. Orion Cook seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cook misses with a looping right. Cook shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bird as he jumps to the side. Good work by Cook as he checks the leg kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cook fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Bird looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Cook avoids the head kick by Bird.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cook throws a head kick but Bird moves out of range.
Cook tests Bird's chin there with a solid looking shot. Cook misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bird.
Bird gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Bird escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Cook gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Bird keeping moving, preventing Cook from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bird lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Cook! Bird moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Cook has worked his arm free - good work by Cook!
Bird scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Cook to see if he's OK. Cook tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Bird wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Bird lands a nice forearm strike.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cook is trying to improve his position. Bird tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Bird goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Cook rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Bird's guard! Nice work there by Cook! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bird is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Bird pushes a forearm under Cook's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Cook is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wells uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Myers has time to react.
It looks like Monk Myers has been cut. Wells stuffs the takedown. Myers leaves his chin hanging out and Wells seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Myers crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams ducks straight into an uppercut from Beane and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Williams maanges to regain guard straight away.
It looks like Jamal Williams has been cut. Beane is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Williams is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Beane postures up, still in guard. A huge hammer fist lands that bounces Williams's head off the mat! Williams is out! He's out! Beane jumps to his feet and celebrates with his corner!
