The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carter stuffs the takedown. Carter with a poor takedown and Berisha counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Berisha thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Carter to regain full guard. Berisha looking to pass the guard. Carter is looking to sinch up a triangle. Berisha throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Carter's body to avoid the submission. Carter has instead reached around Berisha's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Carter arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big right from Pirozzi misses. Pirozzi fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kerestes manages to avoid it. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Pirozzi looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Pirozzi!
It looks like Riley Kerestes has been cut. Kerestes throws a hook but Pirozzi blocks it. Pirozzi moves away from the strike by Kerestes. Kerestes cracks the inside of Pirozzi's front leg. Kerestes moves out of range as Pirozzi strikes. Kerestes throws a jab when Pirozzi was well out of range. Pirozzi throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Kerestes lands with a thumping leg kick.
Kerestes looks to land a combination but Pirozzi avoids it well. A jab from Kerestes misses. Kerestes keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Pirozzi. Nice defenses there by Kerestes. Pirozzi uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kerestes.

enabling Kerestes to counter with a crisp jab. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kerestes keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Pirozzi is rocked! Kerestes cracks Pirozzi with a hook to the temple - Pirozzi is on wobbly legs here! Kerestes swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Pirozzi falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Kerestes wins by TKO!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by Huima. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Chase can't do much from the bottom here. Huima is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Chase is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Huima advances to full mount. Huima can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Chase is looking to escape. Chase wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Huima.
Chase is working to get back to half guard.
Huima fails to move to back control. Chase defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Huima.
That's one minute gone in the round. Huima is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet! Chase closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. A nice glancing elbow lands by Chase. Chase has had enough of the clinch but Huima keeps him there for the moment. Chase looking to stall.
Huima has Chase pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Chase manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Huima breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Huima looks to clinch and Huima takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Chase slips a straight right by Huima. Huima wants to clinch but Chase slips to the side and Chase counters with a single leg into guard. Huima didn't expect that. Chase looking to pass the guard. Chase controlling from the top position. Huima trying to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Huima working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Chase doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Chase manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Huima looking for a sweep. Not yet Huima, not yet. Chase is looking to stand up but Huima won't let him. Huima has Chase pulled in close to control his posture. Chase wanted to stand there but Huima had control of the position. Chase wants to control from the top but Huima keeps moving.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Huima tries to clinch and Chase counters with a nice double leg into half guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Chase decides to stand back up. That's one minute gone in the round. Chase thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Still in half guard, Chase seems content to control.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Chase fails to land the takedown. Huima fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Chase, pushing him back against the cage. Chase blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Chase tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Huima has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Chase is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Chase breaks from the clinch.
Huima tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Chase decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Huima's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Chase stands up from Huima's guard - Chase perhaps looking for a knockout. Huima clinches but Chase breaks the clinch and Chase moves into the clinch.

Chase really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Chase circles away from the clinch attempt so Chase counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Chase trying to control but Huima is working from the bottom. Chase stops Huima from standing up. Huima throwing strikes off his back to little effect.

Huima sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

John Chase is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Huima looking for subs from the bottom but Chase mounts him! Popinksi scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Toveri fails to land the takedown. Popinksi takes a swing at Toveri's ribcage but misses. Popinksi throws a nice looking combination but Toveri bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Toveri connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Toveri thows a body kick. Popinksi tries to catch it but that hurt him. Popinksi is breathing heavily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Toveri throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Popinksi's head.
It looks like Soda Popinksi has been cut. Toveri changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Popinksi tries to avoid it but Toveri manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Popinksi to the ground. Popinksi escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Toveri sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Popinksi to the ground! Toveri dives into full mount looking to finish!
Popinksi is rocked! Toveri content just to control the position here. Oh Popinksi is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Toveri cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Toveri tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. I looks like Toveri might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vekkuli Toveri dominated that round. The cut man is working on Soda Popinksi's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Popinksi throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Popinksi pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Popinksi lands the left hand. Toveri fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Popinksi takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Toveri fails to land the takedown. Toveri dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Popinksi. That did some damage! Toveri fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Soda Popinksi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vekkuli Toveri. Popinksi fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Toveri is breathing heavily. Popinksi drops Toveri with a left right combo! Popinksi follows him down to the ground into side control.

3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frank Smith! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Tiny Johnson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from Zilic. No joy for Smith on that attempt. Smith scores with a takedown into Zilic's guard. Zilic might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Zilic keeping moving, preventing Smith from controlling successfully. Zilic working for submissions but it's allowed Smith to get to half guard.
The fighters are battling for position here. Zilic manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Smith is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Zilic is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Zilic has escaped and now he's on top! Smith is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Zilic moves in looking to clinch but Smith pushes him off. Smith will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Vedad Zilic has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Frank Smith. Smith shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Zilic is breathing heavily. Zilic pushes Smith off and gets back to his feet. Smith looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Zilic! Smith swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Zilic is now in Smith's guard. A big mistake from Smith there, giving up the dominant position! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Smith is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Smith pulls Zilic in close to his closed guard and prevents Zilic from doing any damage or advancing position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Zilic wants to control from the top but Smith keeps moving. Smith is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Smith thows a huge punch but Zilic dodges it nicely.

Vedad Zilic overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Zilic drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Smith manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Zilic has Smith in his guard. Zilic keeping full guard, as Smith tries to pass.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Frank Smith. I think Smith has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Wallace looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. plug trying to control the position but Wallace is working away. Wallace can't do much from the bottom here. Wallace tries to improve position but can't. plug is looking to take a break and control but Wallace is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Wallace tries to bench press plug off him but plug keeps the position. plug wants to stand but Wallace is controlling his arm.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. plug shoots in for a takedown and gets it. plug is nestled in close to Wallace, controlling him well.
