5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Paul Walker! The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Matheus Silva and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dynamite closes the distance and clinches. Walker is looking to break free of the clinch but Dynamite has double underhooks. Walker is looking to control Dynamite's arms but Dynamite gets an underhook and turns him. Now Walker has his back to the cage. Dynamite landing some nice looking knees to the body.

With the fighters up against the cage, Walker throws an elbow but misses. Walker pulls guard effortlessly. Dynamite trying to control the position from guard on top but Walker is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dynamite looking to sit in guard and control but Walker gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Dynamite can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Walker controls the pace. Dynamite is working the butterfly guard. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice sprawl there from Zuckercorn as Ronney shoots in. Zuckercorn stuffs the takedown attempt from Ronney. Ronney gets slowly back to his feet. Zuckercorn clobbers Ronney with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. A combination from Zuckercorn does no damage. Horrible takedown by Ronney or perhaps it was just good defense by Zuckercorn which made him look bad. Barry Zuckercorn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bob Ronney. Ronney shoots in for a takedown but Zuckercorn shows good takedown defense. Zuckercorn swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Perun misses the shot to the body. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Otstoev. Perun swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Otstoev slips a jab and a cross from Perun.
Perun misses with a wild body shot. Horrible takedown by Otstoev or perhaps it was just good defense by Perun which made him look bad. A big right from Perun misses. Perun will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Otstoev misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Ashur Perun has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kamaz Otstoev. Otstoev will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Perun fails in his attempt to clinch. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Otstoev checks a leg kick. Perun tries to bum rush Otstoev with a series of wild strikes but Otstoev uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Perun thows a body shot but no joy. Perun dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Otstoev. That did some damage!
That's one minute gone in the round. Good standup being displayed there by Perun as he connects with a hook. Perun throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Otstoev stumbling backwards into the cage! Otstoev bounces back off the cage towards Perun, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Perun lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Perun celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Emanuel throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. The crowd cheers as Emanuel lands an impressive looking overhand right. Smith doesn't seem phased though. Emanuel slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. An inside leg kick from Smith misses. Emanuel looks to land a right hand but Smith moved out of range. Emanuel tries to bum rush Smith with a series of wild strikes but Smith uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Emanuel lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Smith rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Emanuel moves out of range and avoids them all easily. A big left from Smith misses. Smith avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rodrigo Rios! The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Mauricio Rocha and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rios tries to bum rush Katasonov with a series of wild strikes but Katasonov uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Katasonov circles away from the clinch attempt.
Rios throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Katasonov scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Katasonov lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Rios at a distance.
Katasonov punishes Rios's body with a nice straight punch. Rios looks gassed! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Katasonov lands a with a good body shot. Rios gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Katasonov slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Katasonov slips nicely into half guard. Katasonov wants to lay and pray for a moment but Rios keeps working.
That's one minute gone in the round. Katasonov controlling the action here. Katasonov looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Katasonov is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Rios doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Katasonov. Katasonov is thwarting Rios's attempts to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Katasonov moves nicely into side control. Rios is not content to let Katasonov control the position. Katasonov staying calm.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Rios wants to get back to his feet. Katasonov wants to lay and pray for a moment but Rios keeps working.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Pavel Katasonov just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Rios takes one to the side of the head.
Katasonov misses with a takedown attempt - Rios sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Rios misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Rios tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Rios motions for Katasonov to come forward. Rios throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Katasonov cracks a nice hook into Rios's ribs. Katasonov scores with a leg kick.
