Velkost is staying tight to maha's torso, preventing him from escaping.
maha is still in real trouble! Can Velkost finish him?

Velkost decides to stand back up. Velkost steps back and let's maha get back to his feet.
maha seems to have recovered his senses.

maha drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

maha wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Velkost, who protects the arm well.
Velkost gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

maha gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

maha changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Velkost tries to avoid it but maha manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Velkost to the ground. Velkost escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

de Gotia tries to bum rush Gump with a series of wild strikes but Gump uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

de Gotia shoots in for a takedown but Gump shows good takedown defense.
Forrest Gump seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gump slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

It looks like Arn de Gotia has been cut.
de Gotia tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gump swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Gump gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Gump darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! de Gotia's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Gump before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.

Chingon throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McCormick's waist but McCormick gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Chingon off to one side.
Chingon looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
McCormick fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Chingon.
McCormick throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
McCormick goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

It looks like El Chingon has been cut.

That was a close second round but I would say that Hans Manfred will probably get the nod.
