The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fulton fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Castro moves out of range of the body kick from Fulton.

Castro could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Castro tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Castro has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Castro had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Fulton is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Castro Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Fulton's back instead.

Castro shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Alves will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Alves tries to close the distance and clinch but Tabb swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Tabb stuffs the takedown attempt from Alves. Alves gets slowly back to his feet.
The fighters circle momentarily. Tabb darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Alves shoots for a double leg takedown but Tabb sprawls well. He's pushed Alves's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Tabb fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Alves to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Alves looks to clinch but Tabb throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Alves taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
