Millen kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Jerry was a Race Car Driver. Dickinson is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Bonkers. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there.
