Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Badam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Skwisgaar Skwigelf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Skwigelf has chosen Bloodrocuted as his entrance music. Sam Badam had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 206.2lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Badam looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Badam on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Badam tries to get out of the position.
Skwigelf is pushing down on Badam's leg trying to pass to half guard. Badam is fighting to maintain full guard but Skwigelf has managed to sneak the leg through.

Strader takes a swing at Warrior's ribcage but misses.
Strader tries a head kick but it misses.

Warrior closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Warrior lands in his opponent's guard.
Strader wants to get back to his feet but Warrior is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Warrior gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Warrior throws a head kick that misses.
Horrible takedown by Warrior or perhaps it was just good defense by Strader which made him look bad.

Houle changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Caraon looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Caraon looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
The referee asks Houle politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Houle prefers to stall for the moment though.

Houle swings around for an armbar but Caraon sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Houle's guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Houle holds on and takes a little breather.
Houle not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Houle looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Houle seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Houle is looking for a triangle but Caraon pushes his legs off easily.

StPierre kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Break- Three Days Grace. Zoo Lynn is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lynn can do anything to dispel that myth.

StPierre throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Lynn takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

StPierre breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
StPierre lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
