The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Quick shoots in looking for a takedown. Rotten tries to sprawl out of it but Quick keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Rotten manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Rotten doesn't succeed with the takedown and Quick counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Quick. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Hansseen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jaaskelainen's waist but Jaaskelainen gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hansseen off to one side. Hansseen shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jaaskelainen but Jaaskelainen pushes him off and we're back to square one. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brown throws a right and a left that Yomomma avoids nicely. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Yomomma. Yomomma misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Brown avoids the body shot from Yomomma.
Yomomma moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Yomomma closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Yomomma lands in his opponent's guard. Brown looking for a guillotine here but Yomomma defends easily.

Stevenson seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Stevenson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Luu manages to get himself to full guard.

Roberts looking to break Hanska's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Hanska remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Roberts will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! I really don't envy Hanska right now.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A combination from Carwin does no damage. Rapada throws a nice looking combination but Carwin bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Carwin, as that shot connected.
Rapada throws a head kick but Carwin moves out of range.
