MacDonald looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Dempsey walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
MacDonald connects with a looping right hand.

MacDonald is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Drulog throws a hook to the side of Roo's head but Roo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Drulog is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Roo misses the shot to the body.
Roo lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

It looks like Glot Drulog has been cut.

Drulog moves into the clinch successfully.
Drulog is looking to control Roo's arms but Roo gets an underhook and turns him. Now Drulog has his back to the cage.
Drulog tries to pull guard but Roo won't allow it.
Roo blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Drulog keeps control of Roo as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Drulog is pushing Roo up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Drulog gets control of Roo's arms and successfully pulls guard. Drulog will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Roo wants to get up but he can't break Drulog's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Drulog is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Roo rolls with it to try and escape but Drulog cranks on the arm and Roo is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Funaki Fujiwara seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Suspiria is looking to clinch.

Fujiwara feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Suspiria is on top in guard.
