The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Raja is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Raja holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Williams tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Filipe Sa had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.4lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Filipe Sa looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! bain shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. bender will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

It's a sloppy attempt though and bain jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. bender is trying to control the position but bain postures up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. bender keeping moving, preventing bain from controlling successfully. bain slips nicely into half guard. bender is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. bain takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. bender taking some punishment here, with bain in his half guard. bain passes to full mount! bender could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. bender can't escape the position.
