Swenson feints and as Thomson raises his hands in defense, Swenson changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Thomson wants to stand and escape but Swenson is having none of it.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Thomson can do anything to dispel that myth.

Cage dances in with a quick combination. Hall is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Cage snaps Hall's head back. Hall stumbles backwards against the cage. Cage steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Hall's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Hall just didn't come prepared.

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Noramros Vladchex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Foxx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Foxx has chosen Eye of the tiger as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Noramros Vladchex had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 267.9lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Steve Foxx will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.
