MacGregor has his foot on Fritz's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Fritz works his way back into a safe position though.

Fritz drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but MacGregor manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Fritz has MacGregor in his guard.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
MacGregor stands and throws Fritz's legs to the side, diving into side control.

MacGregor wants to work for an arm triangle but Fritz is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

MacGregor looks up at the clock and then as Fritz takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, MacGregor smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Fritz takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

Fritz tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but MacGregor presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
MacGregor blocks Fritz's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.

Fritz tries to improve his position but instead MacGregor has taken his back!
Fritz looks gassed!
Fritz manages to reverse the position and now he's in MacGregor's guard. Nice work there by Fritz.

MacGregor has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Fritz should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, MacGregor has tightened it up now! Fritz should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
