The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jackson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Manning's waist but Manning gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jackson off to one side.
Manning will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Manning feints and as Jackson raises his hands in defense, Manning changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Jackson is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Manning is controlling him.

Rose could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Luther rushes Rose and presses him up against the cage.
Rose changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Luther fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Luther shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rose as he jumps to the side.

Luther closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Rose is looking to sinch up a triangle. Luther throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Rose's body to avoid the submission. Rose has instead reached around Luther's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Rose arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
