2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Edward Woodward! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Alyssa Summers and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Roethlisburger stuffs the takedown attempt from Woodward. Woodward gets slowly back to his feet. Roethlisburger looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Woodward closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Woodward lands in his opponent's guard. Roethlisburger being controlled here, momentarily. Woodward slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Roethlisburger is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Roethlisburger is trying to buck Woodward off. Woodward controlling from side mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Woodward has knee on belly and moves into mount. Woodward content just to control the position here. Let's hope that Woodward has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Roethlisburger is squirming around, avoiding Woodward's attempts to control the action. Roethlisburger knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Woodward on the ground.

Woodward is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Woodward tries for a kimura but Roethlisburger is defending well. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Woodward passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Roethlisburger! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Austin looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Gray is fending him off so far but Austin persists. Nope, Gray circles away and we're back to standing. Nice takedown defense from Gray. No joy for Austin on that attempt. Gray gets caught flat footed, as Austin shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Gray doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Gray sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Austin's guard. Gray not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Austin is looking for a sweep. Gray is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Austin is trying to stand.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Gray fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Gray swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Gray digs a good body shot into Austin's ribs. Gray dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Austin. That did some damage! Austin takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Gray connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Austin momentarily.

He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Austin won't allow Gray to sweep him here.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sam Gray. I think Austin has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. punch is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Cack is controlling him well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cack scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at punch to see if he's OK. punch wants to control but Cack postures up. Cack tries for a kimura but punch is defending well. punch defending against the ground and pound. punch throws a couple of strikes there.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pena clinches with his opponent.
Pena misses with a knee strike.
Boss takes a shot to the head. Pena lands a knee to the head.
It looks like Waldo Boss has been cut. Pena with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

He pushes Boss back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Pena throws a beautiful elbow that sends Boss crashing to the floor! Pena piles on the pressure with more strikes! Boss is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
